NO COMPETENT STAFF.WHATSAPP DOES NOT WORK REAL LIVE STAFF MEMBER WHO IS MEANT TO HELP YOU ON WHATSAPP DOES NOT RESPOND. THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS.ABSOULUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.OH AND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO ASK THEM YO VALL ME BACK THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT PERFORM THE SUBMIT COMMAND.ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
I was sent an sms to say that I have been handed over. When I asked, what I am paying for, I was told that I am paying for a contract. That I took out in 2020. I did have a contract then, I have paid that contract up. I DID NOT RENEW OR TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONTRACT TO SIGN. I did not receive any communication about this matter. I was in credit for months. I tried contacting Vodacom via email, where I provided them with the emails they sent me stating that I was in credit then arrears. I asked for an explanation, but all I get is. "Ticket closed" They asked me for the ffg information which I do not know. Price Plan/Contract Plan. I would like to understand what is going on but nobody can help me. I spoke to Lindiwe Sikhosana at Norton Lambrianos Attorneys, WHO DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. SHE WAS EXTREMELEY INCOMPENTENT. The more I try to solve my query. I worse service I receive. Can someone competent from Vodacom contact me.
I received an email stating that I owed R4000. My invoice shows that i am in credit for R 1900. The statement reflects zero. I tried calling their 081 135 number, and all you get are chatbots. Then I tried 021 4408211 and spoke to a lady. She put me through to the accounts chatbot again. I did all that was asked and the call was dropped. I tried five more times; the phone just rings. Absolutely poor service and communication. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYBODY. THEY ARE THE WORST.
I tried to apply for a credit on their website via my laptop and then my phone. The whole experience was frustrating. I had yo input my information over 10 tens and it still didn't work. Their address to map search doesn't work. And then I called them worst mistake ever. I was transferred from one place to the other. No one knows what they doing. And the automated voice kept repeating the same thing over and over. I had to listed to it 6 times. I think FNB is the WORST BANK in South Africa.
We have been on Rain since lock down. We are paying for a 10mbps internet speed but we are not getting that speed. There is NO means of contacting RAIN as they do not provide any conract numbers and no email address. Extremely frustrated.
