I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the excessive delay in receiving my renewed driver’s licence card from the Alberton DLTC.

I app**** for my driver’s licence renewal in 23 December 2025, and as of today, I have still not received my card. This delay is far beyond the standard processing time communicated at the time of application.

The prolonged wait has caused significant inconvenience, as I depend on my licence for daily responsibilities and legal compliance. I have also made efforts to follow up, but I have not received clear communication or resolution regarding the status of my card.
