Harassment
These people get your vehicle information from somewhere and then keeps harassing you. I have asked several times that they remove my information from their systems but they never stop! I never signed up for their services, yet they have invaded my personal space by keeping up with MY vehicles information which I have not provided them with! What is the use of the POPIA act if people like this can pull your personal information without your consent.

Harassment
These guys call you daily. I have asked them to stop telephonically, on email, logged complaints and still, I am receiving calls on a daily basis. They have no respect for the POPIA act.

Worst Company Ever!!
You are the absolute worst company to deal with. At first, it was constant calls daily. Now, you change my debit orders every month, as you feel suits you. Although we have a legal binding contract, which clearly state, when my account should be debited. Yesterday, your consultant phones to apologize and says they they will stick to the contract, yet, I receive another sms today stating that you will debit my account to match my salary date. I do not know where you get this information from, but you are breaching our contract, as I have not approved these changes!! I will warn everyone, not to do business with you, as you are dishonest and the worst place to deal with!! Pathetic service is an understatement!

Great Service
First time repairing a vehicle through warranty and I must say, the whole process was very smooth and hustle free through their Alberton branch. From booking the appointment to repairing the vehicle, they did a excellent job! Friendly and helpful staff, with a great attitude towards customers and their needs! They make you feel at home and goes the extra mile to ensure that their customers leave happy! Thank you for the pleasant process with repairing our vehicle through you!

Worst service
Our wifi has been off since yesterday. They tell us they don't know how to fix the issue. Then they claim it is Vodacom (the Fibre supplier) escalated it to them. Vodacom says nothing is wrong on their side. Now we get told by Vox they never logged a ticket on their side, so we will be without internet the whole weekend. *********** is a understatement!! How can you install something but don't know anything about the product you are selling! You cannot complain about service because there is none!! They are quick to take your money but after that, there is no service at all!

Great service from Thabani Mnguni
Great service from Thabani Mnguni. He assisted in getting me a better premium and explained certain aspects that I could not understand. He went far and beyond to make sure I was happy before ending the call. Thank you Thabani Mnguni! I have been a client of Miway for around 3 years. I have had a claim around 2 years ago and had no issues. It was a smooth experience and easy process. Overall, I am happy with the experience and service I have received from them.

This place never stops calling. I have laid two complaints, then I get an email response 4 days later that it takes 48 hours to remove your number from their systems. It has now been more than a week and still they keep calling. They even started calling my husband as well, looking for me! I regret financing my car through them because these harassment calls never stop. Everyday, they try selling something else to me and even after you said you aren't interested, they will just call you again tomorrow, to ask you again!! And even after putting two complaints in, they still continue to call!!
