Worst system ever o regret
I am beyond frustrated with Q No More. I have been waiting for my refund since March, and all I’ve received are excuses and empty promises. First, it was a “system glitch,” and ever since then, I’ve been passed around with no real solution. Every time I follow up, I’m just referred back to Allison with no progress whatsoever. This level of service is completely unacceptable. There has been zero accountability, no urgency, and no clear communication. It honestly feels like I’m being ignored and brushed off instead of being helped. I want this matter escalated immediately. I am done being patient. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be taking this further and raising it with higher authorities and public platforms until I get the attention this issue clearly deserves. Sort this out. Enough is enough.

Poor service
I have paid my disc licenses with them and when I did a follow up since I assumed my discs will be delivered the same week they sent me an email stating that my discs are on their way to me the response I got was they can't find the waybill and I must check in with my neighbors if they haven't received my discs on my behalf while I had communicated and sent them an email to deliver at my work address which was provided to them. I was now transferred to another line and it went straight to voice mail and the initial lady that was assisting is on leave.

Harassment
These people get your vehicle information from somewhere and then keeps harassing you. I have asked several times that they remove my information from their systems but they never stop! I never signed up for their services, yet they have invaded my personal space by keeping up with MY vehicles information which I have not provided them with! What is the use of the POPIA act if people like this can pull your personal information without your consent.

Disappointed is an understatement. I submitted my documents for a change of ownership on 3 November 2025 and was told the process would take 5–7 days. Not only did I receive no communication, but every time I followed up I was given vague excuses about delays. After a month of chasing updates, I demanded my papers back, only to be told my roadworthy certificate had expired. They promised to send me a new one, yet two weeks later I’m still waiting — again with no proactive updates. What irritates me most is that I had to constantly follow up on something they should have communicated the moment they realized they couldn’t meet the promised timeline. This is unacceptable service. Honestly, I could have gone directly to the traffic department and sorted it out in a single day. Q No More? More like Queue Forever. Today, 19th of December 2025, after writing this review, i am yet to follow up AGAIN.
