I have paid my disc licenses with them and when I did a follow up since I assumed my discs will be delivered the same week they sent me an email stating that my discs are on their way to me the response I got was they can't find the waybill and I must check in with my neighbors if they haven't received my discs on my behalf while I had communicated and sent them an email to deliver at my work address which was provided to them. I was now transferred to another line and it went straight to voice mail and the initial lady that was assisting is on leave.
I have experienced very bad service from Nabin of Hyundai Lenasia. My car was towed in at the service station but because I did not buy the car from their dealership I was not prioritise even though the car had a minor issue that needed to be looked at. Nabin told me he can't tell when they will look at my car and that they cannot take me to work i can take a taxi so I had to request taxify if which i paid R262 from Lenasia to JHB CBD because I couldn't take different taxis due to the safety of my laptop and phone which are company assets. I was not happy with how I was treated because I am not a Muslim or I didn't look like someone who deserved a better service to Nabin.
