I am Dina Constance Tsotetsi. I have an account with this company. They have been so unprofessional I would say. I have changed my banking details and asked them to update my account. They have ridiculously informed me to pay R288 to change the banking details. I have paid them and they went again saying I have used a wrong method of payment after proving that I paid.They said I should pay R65 for that! Like really?? I asked them to send my money for the metres they kept saying tomorrow the money will be released. 2 weeks went by nothing from them. Their customer service is bad. I would not recommend to my friends and family. Today the payment has been paid R490 that means they paid me back half if the money I am supposed to get back..
Ackermans is the best they take care of the customers!I I have been a happy customer for the past 3 years.I had recently purchased a wireless bluetooth headphones they broke in 8 days. Couldn’t return because of the 7 day return policy but because they care . Gladwin in customer service office and an exception request to refund me fully after I was told by the Steeledale store supervisor that I couldn’t return it. Thank you Gladwin I really appreciated your service and the Ackermans store manager in Stelledale was super nice to accept my broken headphones.
VODACOM is unprofessional, unreliable and useless. I’m fed up with them

Clientele are ****mers and ******. I met those guys are the Glen shopping centre the signed me up for the direct reward program and told me I can use a 30 days trial and cancel anytime I want to. I cancelled in the middle of the month around the 15th seeing that I won't be using the program. They still debited my account for R150. They are ****mers and *******. They make sure U don't reverse the debit in the bank. What kind of business is this????
Vodacom doesn't want to take responsibility of their carelessness. Spoke to the vodacom representative about my unresolved issue. They don't want to be accountable for their carelessness. They closed case after I wrote a hello Peter still running away from their responsibility. Vodacom **** to me telling me they were upgrading me from home internet to fibre now billed for both services without my knowledge.They want me to pay for both. I refuse to do that. They
Went to have lunch with my little girl on Saturday afternoon...got there it was full and we tried to talk to the hostesses...the service was poor. I asked how do we get a table? Any waiting list? 1 hostesses told me there's a waiting list...asked how long is the wait...she had no interest in answering my questions I asked if I should put my name on the list..then she did.. Told me to ask the next lady next to her. I asked how long the wait...never answered...I told her we got the name on the list...she just said wait for your name to be called...then i asked if we pay then or pay after we called. Dhecjusg walked away without answering the questions I had...poorest service...I don't think I will recommend that branch for anyone. Everybody was frustrated by the service. Nobody had answers for our queries.
Vodacom are cooks and unprofessional. I had a 24 months contract of Home internet for 100 GB for a year and a half. Some sales lady knocked at my gate introducing Unlimited Fibre. Told her I'm still in contract of Home internet and the contract is not up for renewal yet. She told me that as long as it's with Vodacom I can upgrade to fibre continuing with the existing contract. She signed me up and it started running. I contacted customer care to make sure that the previous home internet does not continue and I don't get double billed. No one wanted to help me. Got the invoice for both services. I called and followed up for 3 months to get 1 service removed. Supervisor told me she will take it to management and will come back to me In 3 days. None of that happened. I called 6 days later. She did not want to come to the phone when I asked for her. They kept calling me to ask for payments. I told them to fix my invoice and send me a fixed and correct one. That supervisor told them to tell me I'm in areas I can't cancel any of the services I have to pay before they do. I was not even supposed to be billed for both. I have been calling for the whole month to make sure I have 1 service bill but no. They running away from the mess and don't wanna fix. They are ******!!!! Selling false products.
Lutendo was really helpful... suggestive...explaining the new product RainOne and sounded exciting. She was patient and explaining everything about from the product to the network and the towers...I had a great experience signing up for Rain
