I’m not happy with service I Received after so many years being a good stand client I made a call to your call centre I asked them to reduce my limit from 2500 to 2000 instead they put my credit limit on 500 now I am inconvenienced I can’t they cannot even solve it I want to lay a complain

They ruined my shopping day because of their lack of communication and making me feel disregarded, after yesterday i don't even wish to go back and purchase in that store because they treated me like a shoplifter that i am not. Thabiso was even worse with the attitude she gave me when i asked for the manager

He is always visible, vigilant, and actively involved on the shop floor, ensuring that customers receive assistance promptly and professionally. Although it is a small branch, it is truly worth shopping there because of the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere he maintains. I have visited other branches where there is often clutter and disorder, with incorrect sizes placed on hangers, making shopping frustrating. However, at Ackermans Nokem Park, the store is consistently neat, well-organized, and easy to shop in. His leadership, attentiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out. Makgabo handles customers with patience, respect, and excellence. Ackermans Nokem Park is fortunate to have such a committed and hardworking manager representing the brand.

Bought an Openview decoder there.After 3 months all of a sudden it shows,no signal,no channel.The manager refuse to send it for repair or exchange the decoder.He said I had to bring it 7days after purchase.I only needed an exchange of the decoder or a new one that is working.They refused to help me and said that I must send it for repair on my own cost.

I had a bad experience with Ackermans in Atlas Mall Benoni- bought items in Eastgate mall using voucher card, when tried to return to Atlas Mall was told that I can not be given my money back only the voucher and to my surprise I have returns things in East rand mall and was able to be given money back -the supervisor refused even though the staff member was willing to assist

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at the Ackermans Brackenfell Old Paarl Road branch. I recently attempted to return a baby jacket that I had purchased, as I urgently needed the refund to buy my baby a warmer jacket. However, I was informed by the manager that I could not receive a refund without presenting the original bank card used for the purchase. I explained that I had unfortunately lost that card, but despite this, I was told that I would need to obtain a replacement card before any refund could be processed. This situation is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering that replacing a bank card takes time and may involve additional costs. It also does not make financial sense for me, as the purpose of the refund was to immediately purchase a warm jacket for my baby. I understand that stores have policies in place for security reasons, but I believe there should be more reasonable alternatives available for customers who can provide proof of purchase but no longer have access to the original card. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that a practical solution be provided as soon as possible.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank Ms Dumisile Nkosi wow what an amazing lady I went to Ackermans at secunda mall and I was buy cloths for my boys at some point I was just confused but I asked for help she didn’t hesitate to help she was willing to help and she was busy packing but she dropped what she was doing to attend to me helped me pick what I needed she gave her time to me was patient with me her patients is out of this world and you see when she’s assisting you she goes out of her way to give you a solutions and best service. All I wish is for her to grow in the industry and grow within her self the light that she carries is so strong . This is what a business want my request is for her seniors to receive this and I am very greatful for the service that I received she is a gem
