I am struggling to cancel my MTN month to month, I called to cancel end of March, I was told my contract will come to an end on the 30th of April, I took the router back to MTN now I'm getting an invoice for the month of May. I call to check I am now told the contract was not cancelled there is just a note on the system that says I want to cancel, I am not sure what does that mean. I paid for April and I did not even use their router and according to them I need to pay for May as well. I think they are ****ming people with this month to month nonsense.

I recently bought a new car installed with the cartrack device at the dealership. The installation certificate has the dealership details instead of mine, I have been calling cartrack everyday for two weeks now trying to change the ownership. The only thing I have been getting is empty promises that someone from their dealership department will call me back. I'm disappointed and very frustrated at the moment, the only thing I want is for them to remove their device and have a reputable company install another one. I don't think I can trust cartrack with my car anymore because from the beginning they are making promises they can't keep.
Poor customer service from playstation, I regret buying the PS5 because now it stopped working and Playstation support is telling me they only have one repair center in KZN which is in Durban and I am staying far from Durban. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do to assist if I'm not in Durban.
Vodacom is a ****, I bought a PS5 for my son end of May, it stopped working and they don't want to assist me. They have been sending me to different shops like incredible connection and matrix to have it booked in under warranty but these shops refuse to take it because I bought the PS5 directly from Vodacom. When I call Vodacom they are telling me there is nothing they can do for me
