Fast. Verry happy.
Ordered just before midnight. Got a notification at 6AM from the courier saying that they picked it up. Got the package that same day. The tube light was professionally wrapped with bubble wrap. Amazing service. They support Apple Pay to make it safe and they were much cheaper than Takealot.

BEYOND SERVICE
A big shout out to Zebbies Pineslopes. Phillip was so obliging and went out of his way to order and deliver the goods in less than 18 hours from time of order that was placed after hours. I was really impressed with his service and politeness. The man deserves a big thank you!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥇

Be Blown away with great service!
Excellent service over the past few months. I have found Mr Nkuli Diteho consistent in providing great customer service. He assisted me with making informed choices and resolving any issues that I had with great efficiency. Keeping me constantly updated on the progress on a delivery. His approach is very professional. He is an asset to Zebbies lighting Northgate. I keep going back to the store as they outshine their competitors. I have noted that he treats all the other customers with the same respect. Thank you for making shopping with you a pleasure. See when I require lighting for my next project :)

Zebbies the company that you need to stay away from
Stay far from this company. They are quick to take your money. When you have a return they give you the run around for your money. They refuse to refund the transaction onto the card or give you the cash. Apparently they only do EFTs. I am still waiting.

Zebbies the company that you need to stay away from
Stay far from this company. They are quick to take your money. When you have a return they give you the run around for your money. They refuse to refund the transaction onto the card or give you the cash. Apparently they only do EFTs. I am still waiting.

Bad service and attitude
I bought expensive globes in November 2023 and they have a warranty of 25 000 hours. In April two of them failed and I got swopped out for two new ones. The manager who dealt with it then just wrote the date of exchange on the slip. No new transaction. These two new globes failed too. One in November and one in December 25. I took them back today (7 Dec 25). I was also going to buy a lot of other items. At the end of the, the assistant told me that he had to speak to his manager (Ivan). Ivan told me that the new date written on the slip is insignificant and the warranty is two years on all their products. I tried to explain that these were two new globe issues in April this year but he just said that the original slip is from where a warranty works. Turned his back on me and went to serve a customer. I have always supported Zebbies but I think that this might be the last they see of me.

Wonderful service for Zebbies
Bought some special lightbulbs online from Zebbie. Was worried about service after reading reviews on Hellopeter about other lighting suppliers, but Zebbie was fantastic. Very reasonable pricing and modest courier charges, and fantastic service with frequent feedback both from them and the courier company, Fastways.
