Disgraceful service from this organisation. How on earth can anyone trust this organisation? They take your money but when you are entitled to a refund, there is no way of contacting them!! Quite pathetic and not recommended for future business!!
Southern Sun Newlands - Cape Town. Without doubt the most unprofessional and *********** people to deal with. You can't even get a decent cup of coffee. I have decided to check out early because I can't substantiate the cost to stay here and have to put up with excuses and feeling incriminated. Added to this I have been totally inconvenienced by the sound of contractors drills and noise in the room. I booked on line and there was nothing to say that the Hotel was undergoing renovations. I was told this when I was handed my room card!! Certainly I will not come back to this Hotel!!!
I can’t say that I have anything positive to say about the level of “service” I have received from this organization. It leaves me wondering how these companies continue to survive. The Management are clearly lacking the ability to recognise their weaknesses and customer focus!!
It is really not worth the trouble to try and do business with Makro. They have become so inefficient and their stores are equipped with staff who have nothing better to do than to stand around and jabber. Noise and jabber jabber jabber!! I fail to understand how this organisation expects to survive when it is so much easier to make use of a few of the other online platforms!! When will Makro ever get the hint that they have become quite useless???
Unsatisfactory service from the one agent who operates in Fourways Gardens. Sent an enquiry and a follow up WhatsApp and he is blatantly ignoring the enquiry!! I wonder if the sellers realise that he is potentially obstructing a sale by operating like this. More so is this the kind of attitude, does it fall within the Code of Conduct of the Estate Agents?
A big shout out to Zebbies Pineslopes. Phillip was so obliging and went out of his way to order and deliver the goods in less than 18 hours from time of order that was placed after hours. I was really impressed with his service and politeness. The man deserves a big thank you!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥇
This company needs to be investigated!! They are impossible to get hold of. I have been on a waiting list for a refund and I see other consumers have had to resort to laying charges against them. I was at one point writing to Martin, now I am referred to Chris. Chris undertook to refund me today BUT no payment has been made. Please be very careful with this Company they are not honest and their service is appalling!!!
I am overwhelmed by the pristine service from Amazon SA. These guys are working around the clock and deliver on time. Every order so far has been delivered professionally and their courier service are excellent!! Keep up the excellent work Amazon!!
I am really tired of trying to get LINEX AIR SERVICES to respond to my communications. Every other day they send a WhatsApp message to me asking me to pay Customs Duty. I was not aware of this additional payment, therefore have asked them to return the order to TEMU!! I have sent them a message this morning via e mail and will see if they read it and respond. How do businesses continue to survive if they can't respond or communicate with clients?????
The most shocking service ever. I want to report these guys to some other Regulatory Body if there is one. Order placed December 2025 and to-date February 2026 not a word!! Definitely will not be buying from them ever again but I am waiting for my refund!!!!!!!
