Worst service ever! Never responds on time. No agent when you try to chat to one.
I deposited money into my account on Saturday. I received a message saying the deposit has been declined, but they took my money. The money appears on my lottery app balance. I sent emails, but nobody has responded. I just want that small amount back. If they can just respond to my emails ASAP.
I wrote a complaint here a few weeks ago. I was emailed and asked for the slip number and pictures. I did exactly that. In the end I was sent a voucher for the same meal I was not happy about. They gave me a WI Code that didn't work when I went to Hungry Lion. I believe it was done on purpose to humiliate me. So disappointed.
I ordered the munch mix and asked them for a burger that is not hot. The lady even confirmed that it should not be hot. I am not sure if they are doing it on purpose or what because it's not for the first time. Hot/spicy food makes me sick. I only noticed when I got home. I can't drive back to town.
I spoke to a consultant and then after ending the call I felt I made a mistake by agreeing to take the cover so I didn't reply when they sent me a message to approve the debit order. I was supposed to reply to that message, but even though I did not. It seems like they are going to debit my account month end because I checked my Capitec app. I have been trying to cancel the cover, but nobody is responding to my emails. They are ignoring them.
MTN is the worst when it comes to service. Whether you call or go to the store, trashy service. You will queue while only one person assists customers, but there are four people on duty. On the 10th of July, I lost my phone but someone picked it up and returned it. I got it back the next day, but I had blacklisted it already. I have unblacklisted it. I went to the store to do that and I was told my network won't be back instantly. After an hour I called customer care Andi was told to wait for 2 more hours. It's been more than 3 hours now. Still haven't gotten back my network. I even sen an email with the required documents, nobody has responded.
All the companies I've complained about have responded. When I have issues I know where to go. Sending complaints straight to these companies hardly works, but doing it on Hellopeter makes the process easier. Thank you Hellopeter
This insurance doesn't even deserve a single star. I was told that the excess amount would is 10% for the phone I insured. Now that I want to claim I'm being told that 10% is for when you claim for a motorcycle. Why would I be given information about a motorcycle in the first place when I clearly stated that I needed insurance for my phone? Imagine paying an excess amount of R1250, 00 for a phone that has dropped its value. Insured for the amount of R3000... I will never get insurance in my life... King Price is full of something. I'm cancelling it.
I have been trying to get hold of you but I always get a message that you are not available. I need to know what happened with the investigation that you were supposed to do on how the bank refused to give me my money. It wasn't my fault that the Bidvest ATM didn't take out my money. There was an error while i was waiting for my money. Before the error, the machine said the transaction was successful but then the money got stuck in the machine and there was an error message on the screen.
