We had such a great experience with Heinrich. He was professional, extremely helpful, and made the entire process completely stress-free. What really stood out was his communication, he kept us updated with every single detail throughout the process, so we always knew exactly what was happening and when. If there was ever a delay, he informed us immediately and was already working on resolving it before we even had to ask. Excellent service from start to finish. We truly appreciated all his effort and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free car buying experience.
I am writing regarding my recent experience with a home insurance claim through Standard Bank, which has been extremely disappointing. I initiated a claim to fix my heat pump over six months ago. After an assessment was completed by a plumber dispatched by Standard Bank, a report was sent confirming that the heat pump was leaking. Following this, I was contacted by Standard Bank, who expressed distrust in their own assessor's findings and requested that I send out a different service provider to verify the issue, which I declined. The following day, I was contacted again and informed that the original plumber had supposedly retracted their statement and now reported that the unit was not leaking, leading to the rejection of my claim. This entire process and the conflicting information are unacceptable. Due to this handling of the claim, I will be cancelling our home insurance policy with Standard Bank.
I have been battling since 18 September 2024 to get my husbands original Natis since we settled the car. I have emailed numerous times and have paid courier fees. I have had absolutely no success and this is extremely frustrating. Whoever attendes to [email protected] is not fit for the position and I have proof of all the emails I sent.
I had an amazing experience twice with Naked Insurance for claiming for a phone. From submitting my documents to when I received my voucher or new phone was 24hours. Kabelo Motsahae that helped me you are awesome! Also the convenience to insure the new items is next level. I don't even shop for quotes anymore I just go with Naked insurance. In my experience most companies always want to pay you less than insurance value. Never the case with Naked you always get what you are paying for.
I have been battling with TT connect for almost two weeks now. After 10 days of begging they eventually activated my ONT remotely. I still didn't have a connection. On day 12 they contacted me to say it only needs a hard reset which I did and still no connection. You can't phone them email them nothing. You can't use another company as it is there cables in the ground but I sure hope that their bad business etiquette will make other companies think twice to partner with them.
Please do not use this people. They will take all your money as well as a servive fee and deliver no disc. They give no feedback and there is no call center. The only thing you receive is a "sorry we can't assist email" and then you already paid. I am sure they are going to close down soos due to poor management.
We visited the Midstream Branch and was assisted by Hansie. From the moment when he greeted us untill we left with our new vehicle he was very friendly and professional. We bought a car for my grandma and he was very patient and kind towards her. He responded to all my questions and concerns fast and efficiently. He made the process hassle free and easy and explained everything in a way we could understand it. I will definitely recommend asking for Hansie if you visit the Midstrean branch. All other staff members was also very helpful and friendly. This is our 3rd time buying a vehicle from We Buy Cars and I will never buy anywhere else.
TT Connect was great. They really went above and beyond to sort my Fibre out after we chopped up the cable. Very friendly didn't have any hassels will really recommend.
