Kindly cancel my application, I tried to phone without help.
I have been begging them to sent my router, they keep sending me to their courier, CCD keep telling me instructions to release have not been sent to them, now I'm stuck between them and the courier. No one cares enough to phone me back or update me. I use my own airtime to call them, that affects my work as well as i have to buy data to connect my laptop to the phone. Very much ********, they care less and their service is dramatic. How can you take more than 5 hours to give instructions to the courier company. Quick to take payment but no results driven.
They handed over my account to a collection agency, I made arrangement with the collection agency and on month to month basis i pay as agreed, but yet the account is still showing on their name, account is now duplicated across all credit bureaus, they do not update my payment, the account keep showing missed payments monthly and yet I'm paying, their collection agency say they cannot assist me, but yet they are debiting on my bank. How possible is this? The amount is not updated.
Bought a bed, base is giving problems, always mail them and they promise to resolve our issues within 48 hours, yet that never happened, no one cares to follow up, update me or even to apologies for the delays. They do not communicate at all, I'm the one to keep pushing them. I feel like Russels is a ****
Requesting a statement from this people can take days and days, but yet when it comes to pay they are fast to call when they have not received it
You make an arrangement with them and they refuse to accept forcing you to pay according to their own terms. Very Rude and aggressive consultants.
Despite having made a payment arrangement with this institution on their Mobi money app, their call center calls me more than 20 times in a day with different numbers. Very unprofessional because i cannot answer the phone every ten minutes explain one thing to different people. Unorganized and manipulative, what is the use of having Mobi money money app to manage accounts and arrangements if call center phones every second.
Despite sending them proof from my credit provider, they still refuse to remove a duplicated account on my profile (Connect Financial Solutions). The only credit Bureau which shows account as duplicated, their team is very rude and never want to assist
Nedbank ***** investigation department refused to pay my wife the money de*****ed to her, despite all the evidence provided, the bank still refused to pay her money back, however she was advised to take a goodwill offer which was way less compared to what she was de*****ed.
They duplicated one accounts across all credit bureaus , i reported the matter to them and nothing has been done about it, not even a single respond to inform me someone is attending the query. I would not recommend them to anyone . A complete ****
