Not happy
Today I ordered over the phone for pick up at Bridgecity Kwamashu collected after an hour still my order was not done 😡this can’t be acceptable because we ordered over the phone for convenience

Angry and hungry
My mom had a loan with capitec and settled it 2 months ago but they still debiting and on top of that they don’t want to refund her, she has tried everything visiting the branch still nothing has been done, already I’m strained financially but capitec is making it worse because I need my money to survive

Dissatisfied loyal customer
Good day Been a Vodacom client for years and I’m so disappointed. So I was due for an upgrade on my data contract and I received a call last month saying there is a a great deal of unlimited data for R340 which on my old contract was paying R300 for 250G, so without I doubt I agreed to the new plan. Yesterday when I woke up it said I’m out of data and was surprised because i thought I’m on an unlimited data contract. Went to store in Westwood mall in Durban was told that I’m on a 200G plan but the lady was so kind to lodge a claim for me and received a reference number but still have not received a call. What’s frustrating is that im out of data and this is a very difficult time seeing that our economy is not well can’t afford to buy data that’s why I trusted Vodacom. i bought a bed from russells bridgecity in 2019 and within 6 months the condition of the bed was not pleasing and last year i wrote a review but have not received any call solving this issue and lucky i still have slips as a proof of purchase.

Last year I bought several items at Russell’s Bridgecity but I was not impressed with the bed, I can literally feel springs when I seat or sleep on the bed and lucky enough I still have the slip

Mc Donald’s Bridgecity had the worst chilli cheese fries very dry and cold cheese sauce was like the last drops and hazelnut ice coffee was 0%hazelnut,0%coffee and 90%milk I’m not happy they have done better before

Vehicle coming in for a check up, car was stripped without authorization, botch is now charging for assembling the vehicle and reassembling vehicle, which I’m refusing to pay for reassemble fee

I’m not impressed by ford service my car is overheating and water is leaking I called them to book it in to check what wrong they saying dates for repairs will resume next month how am I suppose to get to work and drop my kids at school and the car is still under warranty that means I must go pay somewhere because I use the car everyday
