We used the services of Konica Minolta Sandton for a few years and we eventually ended the contract in about 2023 and made our final payment to them on 29/09/23. Some time later, on 3/01/24 we mistakenly paid them R1115.94 which was supposed to go to another branch of Konica Minolta in Secunda. We have been struggling since then to get them to refund us this money. What kind of company is it that does not refund money that was mistakenly paid to them? They now claim to have donated the overpayment to the SPCA 6 months ago – but are unable or unwilling to provide any proof thereof – so that appears to be a bald-faced lie on the face of it - unbelievable. The director invites us to take them to the small claims court rather than repaying what was never their money.

DISHONEST PRINTER COMPANY Be careful before signing an agreement with this company. Our contract had a build in escalation that makes this machine incredibly expensive after a year. Now we are locked in and it will be more expensive to buy out than to let it run out. In the meantime the machine is not working and no one care. So we had to buy alternative printers to get the job done.

The office has one printer that is used by everyone for printing, scanning and making copies and was to be a cost effective way of doing business. Parts broke and we have been without a printer for more than a week. No loan machine, no alternative plans, just sorry for you. The cost of down time is huge and Konica Minolta can't be bothered. I tried to phone rhe National office, no answer. I message them on the website "Contact Us". No reply till date. They will make sure you pay, but when something goes wrong with their machines, it will cost you dearly.

After applying for a machine rental contract with them in OCTOBER of 2022 - I was blown away with the fact that they actully offered me a machine to borrow whilst I wait for the new one! Just over a week later, the "borrow machine" arrives - very impressive. Machine gets installed, very cool. Until the next day... Machine just spews pages upon pages upon pages of what ever paper or board you've inserted, hell just mess up completely! On average, every file we print to the machine, prints perfect up to a random page where the machine would just loose its mind. Some days the machine even refused to print. All this, while I am on the phone, sending countless emails to their technical team - begging them to sort the matter out or to bring me my new machine (as it has been months already). Nothing. Every single day, I would follow up and get a lie in response: "No, the technician was there, but we were closed." Because of this whole debackle, I was working 7 days a week, struggling with a 15year old XEROX machine, that I can barely keep alive. But we're closed?? Other times I get informed the technician is on his way. This, 5pm on a Friday? I doubt it. But as luck would have it, a moment or so later, he stops infront of our building - only to drive off again soon after. I have not yet had time to unlock my cellphone before his email chimes: "Offices was closed. Sign says they close at 3pm" Good job. You can read! But have you forgotten that you phoned me just past 4 and asked If he can come and look? Aparently not. My main issue is, I was charged, R8000+- for prints THEIR printed messed up. They then had the audacity, to take MY DEPOSIT FOR THE NEW MACHINE (R5000) and pay that towards the "borrow machine's" charges and then cancelled my application. After all this drama? After all the clients I have lost over you lot?? You want to collect your precious machine, yes? I will need a complete refund before this will be allowed. You have until the 15th of April - hereafter I shall consider the matter dealt with and will do what I must with it, to get my money's worth.

from Phoning all the Gauteng Konica Minolta Service divisions and trying to get hold of any Konica Minolta Service Technician on Linkedin, The Service of Konica Minolta South Africa seems to be a big problem. And from what i can gather, they only care if you have a service contract with them other then that even thou you use a Konica Minolta Brand machine, they are not even willing to assist you with your machine and issues you might have. Im writing this BAD BAD review hoping that they will actually care and and see if they can assist me in the issue im having with my C7000. Im willing to do a follow up in a weeks time regarding this matter and if any one has really came back to assist me of KM to really see if they truly care about this brand name and the customers that is loyal to using it.
