Poor Service provider
It has come to my attention that Vodacom doesn't care about it's customers. Now my number was hacked because the perpetrator did simswap while my sim was on. Now they don't care about my frustrations and I don't trust them anymore. Their security measures are very weak2 replies

Useless service provider
I feel like the ****ming part is inside job. You can't simswap an active sim working. The ****mer are within that's why even if we are complaining they don't care. It's one of the poorest service providers I ever used. Now that ****mer asked for money from my contacts and if it wasn't the issue of simswap, I wouldn't have been where I am today. Whatsapp team very useless

USELESS SPECTACLES FROM SPEC SAVERS
I've ordered spectacles from Spec Savers Golden Walk Germiston. They are unprofessional to the core. The amount does not worth the spectacles. They look like reading glasses from any shop less than R100 but they cost me R3000 and something. Tried to complain but they didn't even bother to listen to me. i did not even use them but the frame now changes color. I am so disappointed1 reply

Ackermans Stores ****ming their customers
I'm having an Ackermans account and paying it every month. The boring part is I'm always paying what I'm expected to pay. Unfortunately my account it's not decreasing by so saying I've been paying for the whole year but still nothing is changing. To my surprise I've tried to come contact them and sends the documents needed. It has come to my attention that they don't respect and treat their customers right and fair as long as every month they receive our money to them it's okay. Poor customer service from King Price Insurance
I'm very disappointed with King Price insurance they don't respect their customers. There's no customer service and they are rude. My parents bought a car from webuy cars and within a short space of two weeks it was ******. The very same day it was found by Netstar and remember they were advised to use it by webuy cars.Then they also insured it with King Price. After it has been found my father went there to check it, everything was fine but we were told that it must be written off. Then my parents didn't agree and did sign anything but after two months it was sold.6 replies

Failing to resolve my problems
It's annoying to have an account at Edgar's as I am struggling to proceed with my account that I've settled long time ago but still they are not helping but they have received my money. This thing of having accounts sucks because at the end of the day you're the one to suffer.0 replies
