Their dunked wings taste like last weeks burnt wings, they are so dry with no dunked sauce ALL THE TIMES. You go to any other KFC and you order dunked wings, they are so fresh, juicy and dripping of sauce. KFC PROTEA GLEN can do better. Stop selling burnt meat to customers!
I bought shoes for my daughter online, they were small, we went to Shoe City Southgate for an exchange. We were welcomed with a smile, The size we were looking for was not on the shelves, one lady made sure she finds the right sizes in their boxes, in the meantime one lady was on the system checking which branch might have the size. Lucky there we found a fitting size from the boxes, it was still early with no customers so all the staff were hands on attending to us, even my daughter was so impressed. Thank you ladies for the best customer service ever. Keep up the good work, you have found yourselves a full time customer.
I PLACED AN ORDER ON: DEC 29, 2023, 9:53:14 AM, seeing that when i track my order there was no movement, i then sent a message of Facebook after a few days and i was told that my item is out of stock, they actually never had it on stock, my question is why did they take my money and when are they planning to refund me? They are ****mers cause now when they call they tell me they have escalated the matter to their finance department. To this day when i check online it still says my order is being processed and ready for delivery. What delivery as they never had the item in stock. This is how these companies makes money by *****ing from customers, they take the online money and dont refund it back.
I just want to warn people not to be fooled by pictures posted by this company. I booked a spa day for my 6years old and her friends. They arrived 3 hours after the time booked, they did not bring all the decorations, their party packs had sharp objects not suitable for kids some only had a tiny brush. I held up some of their furniture and demanded some of my money back, it was paid into my account and i released them. I feel sad for people working at this company because the owner does not care, all she cares about is taking peoples money and making empty promises. This lady ruined my child's birthday, i wonder is she is a mother. Do not use this company if you want to give your child the best party. They are the worst
I had just taken the roadside assistance service with AA after having the worst no service with my ex insurance. I needed my car towed and when i called AA, my account was not yet active because they didn't have my bank acc no so that caused a delay in them debiting, the lady i spoke with was so patient and efficient, she called me back when my line cut off, she made sure that all went well and before ending the call my account was active. They sent through a driver to come assist me, while i was waiting they kept updating me on how long the driver will get to where i was. I have never received this kind of service with my ex insurance, \first impression is 100/100 with AA. I want to extend my gratitude towards AA for having the best employees who aim at delivering the best service. The driver was so on point, professional yet friendly, he calmed me down with the frustration i was in towards my car breaking down. He helped and managed to calm me down, it is because of him i accepted that all cars do break down and when that happens, they(AA) are a phone call away. I have never been so sure about insurance like i Am right now about AA. THANK YOU AA. "
ITS RIDICULOUS THAT ON THE 22/12/2015 BETWEEN 8:30 AND 9:00 I REQUESTED A QUOTATION AS PER MY INSURANCE FOR MY WINDSCREEN BUT THE LADY NEVER SENT IT UNTIL I CALLED AGAIN JUST AFTER 4:30, I SPOKE WITH NEO AND SHE DID EMAIL A QUOTATION HOWVER EVEN AFTER I TOLD HER IS FOR A CHIP SHE QUOTED ME FOR A REPLACEMENT, 23/12/2015 BEFORE 8:30 I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH HER AND EMAILED HER REQUESTING THAT SHE AMEND THE QUOTATION AS I NEED TO FIX A CHIP, SHE TOLD ME THE PRICE AND I TOLD HER THAT THE INSURANCE STILL NEEDS THE QUOTATION FOR THEIR RECORDS ITS NOW 09:35 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HER. I GUESS SHE IS WAITING FOR THE CHIP TO CRACK AS THAT IS WHAT SHE INITIALY QUOTED ME FOR. DOES SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE MORE I STAY WITH THIS THE MORE IT WILL BE DAMAGED. IF THIS GETS TO CRACK I AM TAKING GLASFIT CRESTA TO COURT BECAUSE THE INSURANCE WORKS WITH THEM AND MY WINDCREEN CANNOT BE FIXED WITHOUT A QUOTATION! I HAVE PROOF OF HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE REQUESTED THIS QUOTATION, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY INSURANCES INSIST ON WORKING WITH GLASFIT IF THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON EMERGENCY!

I TOOK THE CAR HIRE EXCESS INSURANCE BUT IT WAS CANCELLED AS I DIDNT GO AHEAD WITH THE CAR HIRE. HEPSTAR EMAILED [Email Removed] ON THE 29/07/2015 THAT THEY MUST PAY THE INSURANCE MONEY BACK TO ME AND NEDBANK CAN DEBIT THEIR ACCOUNT, NEDBANK HAD NOT PAYED BANK THE MONEY..I HAVE EMAILED THEM AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER STILL NO MONEY. I did an upgrade on the 23/24 July 2015. The sales lady told me that with the package she explained, I can be able to transfer airtime from the airtime I will be receiving on the 1st of each month, beginning of September , I couldn't transfer airtime, then when I called, customer service explained that was impossible, airtime received is not transferable.The issue is that I only agreed to take that package based on what I was told when upgrading, spoke with the sales person who did my upgrade, I even suggested she gets the recording of the conversation between us so we can save time, she since then said she will go listen to it and call me back before end of business, its now October and she hasn't called me back, 01/10/15, @ 8:20am I called and asked for the manager, was transferred to the team leader, I explained the issue to him and at the end he said he will call me back before end of business, its now 02/10/15 and he still hasn't called me back. I asked him to transfer me to the sales lady and he insisted that he will attend to it and call me back. The sales lady lied in order for me to take that package,team leader lied about calling back. I think there is a law against such
I WANT TO WARN ALL LADIES OUT THERE, IF YOU OWN A VEHICLE, DO NOT GO TO SUPA QUICK STRYDOMPARK, I PAYED R 9,100.00 FOR A BATTERY, ALIGNMENT, BALANCING,TRYRES,RIMS FOR A 2010 KIA PICANTO, THEY TOOK MY OLD TYRES, WHEEL CAP , ALL THOSE THINGS WERE NOT EVEN OLD. I WENT IN FOR ALIGNMENT, BATTERY AND BALANCING BUT THEY CORNERED ME INTO DOING AND BUYING NEW THINGS BECAUSE THEY SAID MY CAR WILL BE DAMAGED. THEY MADE ME BUY NEW TYRES AND RIMS AND THEY CHOSE TO KEEP MY OLD TYRES AND WHEEL CAPS. THEY ARE VERY DOGY AND SELFISH, CRUEL THAT THEY ARE NOT ASHAMED TO CHARGE AMPERSON SO MUCH MONEY FOR SUCH A SMALL CAR! I AM GONNA TAKE THIS TO COURT, I AM NOT GONNA LET THIS GO
