I would like to lodge a formal complaint about the after sales service I received from both Christelle Nel and Alicia Moodie. I purchased a used Kia Picanto 2022 model from the dealership. My furst challenge came before accepting the offer as Christelle was not transparant with me in terms of the vehicle finance offers from financial institutions. She claimed that only St. Bank was willing to assist me however did not provide me with all relevant documents for my perusal and consideration. She then patronized me by telling me telephonically that if I do not accept the offer, there are lots more offers which are in line as I was questioning the transparency of the process of which I felt *********. I still have questions around the figures I was made to accept. On the 23rd of May 2025, the date of collection for the vehicle, I picked up that the boot part was missing and I was assured that the part would be found and I would collect it ASAP. I have been the one who has been doing follow ups and all I have been receiving from Alicia as a response is "we are busy, we are going to give it more attention, we are getting quotes" and then she disappears until I reach out to her again, and I will receive the same response again and again. I notified her that I will be lodging a complaint and further afforded her grace as she assured me that this matter will be attended to which was a trend from her previous responses. She requested for Christelle to intervene, Christelle also went on to call me, set feedback deadlines but she also continued the trend and disappeared on me. I feel undermined, taken for granted, used, the whole buying experience ruined, **** to and cheated. I have been very patient with this long wait and empty promises. Please assist me with intervention as I will be posting this in all social media platforms and complaints platforms.

Delta Coaches is a ****, a bus booked to leave at 5pm ended up leaving ay 2:30am, they are unreachable on their contact numbers, their staff is rude and kept lying. Their services are poor, unacceptable and their staff is ***********.

Venns Attorneys contacted me with regards to arrears on my School account. I made a two months arrangement and settled it. I am now awaiting for the paid up letter and they are ignoring my emails, not attending to me. One of their employees **** to me and said the lady who was handling my account in not working with them anymore, next thing the lady who in not supposed to be working there is texting me on WhatsApp. She even views my WhatsApp status' but never provides feedback or my paid up letter. I must say I am dissapointed in Venns Attorneys. Not even one email responding to my grieviences.
I was assisted by Lehlohonolo Mokgatla. She managed to decrease my premiums as well as my access. She also told me more about my benefits and I was totally satisfied.
A parcel of mine was supposed to be shipped from Pmb to Pta but the consultant at PostNet Pmb shipped it to the wrong PostNet and now instead of rectifying his error, he is shifting the blame. I am unhappy about this and furthermore he and the supervisor i spoke to over the phone are in complete denial of what transpired just yesterday.
On the 23/09/2021 i was contacted by a service provider of Vodacom who offered me a migration from my package which i was paying R 349 a month an was very satisfied with, the package she offered me was RED 2G 200Min which she said i would be paying R 448.99 with much more benefits however when my debit order went through, it went off for R 639.97 an amount i had never agreed to. I feel like i was scammed and not i have requested to be migrated back to my old package and i am being given the run around. I am not happy with this whole situation. I have been paying my account well and when its time for them to resolve my problem, they are not giving me any attention.
