Submitted 1st clain and never have ever done one for a Procedure that was done and they denied it saying they dont cover materials or equipment shortfalls....was a procedute and NOT materials or equipment. Seems lile another big company telling lies and taking our money....DONT USE THEM
Fibre line down....reported on the 9th its now 16h20 on the 10th and still no vumatel to fix my wifi and I work from home....the best part is you deal with vox who have nothing to do with vumatel bit a middle man who van do f- all anyway....pay thrpugh ur a..s for a service but get none from them....3 days turn aroumd time,f...n pathetic
Another SA company taking people for a ride and ripping them off with their prices and promise of contracts.....A26 for R2000 a month really.....your company needs to stop ripping people off.
Pathetic service....tried to contact Queensburgh branch in dutban on their 2 listed phone numbers and never answered after trying 6 times.Then called the call centre and waited again 5 min for them and got no response after being put on hold.Cant complain about the service"because their is none".Pathetic uneducated useless staff.
Made an order on Checkers 60/60 app for R1500,order was packed and just before delivery was told it was cancelled because of driver strike.I requested to be refunded to my bank account and 4 days later still waiting for my money.This is pathetic service and need the money to purchase what I need and now have to wait or perhaps been ****med.
I was disgusted and dissapointed when purchasing Tiffany strawberry Creams biscuits and noticed the substandard item and when opening the biscuit could hardly notice any filing,HOW can Checkers support this supplier with such disgusting quality.This series of biscuits should be removed from the shelves and their other items also inspected for quality.

Once again Cadbury SA has done us in.....they have made all their choclates and packets liter....Tumbles gone from 200g to 180g and normal choclates like lunchbar also dropped weight and size.....pathetic
Purchased a lunch bar today and when opened noticed straight away my finger was a thick as the bar so did a little homework and saw that they have made it smaller by the weight on the packaging and can be seen by the pathetic size of it. Sad to see a company again *********** the people of SA.....disgusting
Seems like PNP is having big issues delivering or completing orders on the app.....not the first time and hour later and still not picked and time of delivery changed for 4 times already this has happened to friends as well.....all from the Malvern,Durban branch of Pick n Pay.
