Complaint regarding Cadbury Chomp being so fatty, blame was Clicks fault Tempature. Consultants Steven , Yordan said their voucher system is down not sure when it will be back on that was 2 months ago, Cadbury has deceiving lying consultants.

My mom complaint regarding Chomp being so fatty. Been served by 'Consultants' Steven , Stoyan , Yordan. Apparently voucher platform is experiencing technical issues voucher allocation has been delayed. Why promise customers vouchers when they must wait. My mom complaint 16 March 2026 it's nearly a month and she's still waiting for this "Voucher" her emails are being ignored now by Dishonest Yordan & Steven. When will my mom be receiving this voucher due to your Cadbury Fatty Chomps? 🤷♀️

My mom complaint regarding Chomp being so fatty. Been served by 'Consultants' Steven , Stoyan , Yordan. Apparently voucher platform is experiencing technical issues voucher allocation has been delayed. Why promise customers vouchers when they must wait. My mom complaint 16 March 2026 it's nearly a month and she's still waiting for this "Voucher" her emails are being ignored now by Dishonest Yordan & Steven. When will my mom be receiving this voucher due to your Cadbury Fatty Chomps? 🤷♀️

I would like to Share my experience with Cadbury consumer SA. As i have laid a formal complaint via email regarding a box of Astros purchased from a local Engen garage and the item was affected as if it was expired.. I was asked to send relevent details i have sent the barcode and dates pics etc they than requested a pic of the item i did say it would serve no purpose but my response was made as if nothing will be done by me purchasing a Box? This looks like you trying to fight back yet you have an affeted product that i intentionally bought another box today to validate its not only 1 box but the other as well i have all the evidence and stated this is the several time i have bought Astros and its like this. It could be halmfull to kids as they would not know better been kids to stop eating.. Now thats its brought to consumers complaints its taken lightly i could not even get a courtacy call to correct the matter yet i am willing to go store to store hand picking the affected boxed if i have to with a witness and social media broadcast what is going on if i as a customer am not satisfied or accormadated but been thrown from pillar to post. I deserve proper feedback on what is going to happen to me as a client and the losses i have taken.. I bought a mint Bubbly chocolate by Cadbury, when I opened it, the chocolate was white. I reported the situation to Cadbury and was greeted by Mondelez South Africa. I forwarded my complaint accompanied by the pictures and kept it for them to collect. They did not collect it, the sent an email saying they are sorry, the quality of the chocolate is still though although appearance and the texture will be different, but unfortunately they are unable to confirm if its an issue in my area but as a courtesy gave me an electronic voucher of R60 stating, when I make my next purchase, I will get a R60 discount. So I forfeit the one I have and am told to go buy again and I will get a discount, but also encouraging by saying the chocolate is still the same just the color and texture, for me to get sick? If I went to the newspaper this would have gone much different

Im not someone who complains but if i feel im getting ripped of its another thing. I purchased 4 Lunchbars from a Spar down the road from me and every single one of them felt very small in the actual packaging. One was almost half the size and the rest was like 3/4 size. I then thought let me actually measure them on a scale. It says 44 grams and it weighed 41grams with the wrapper on it when i took it out if the packing it was 40 grams. How can a huge business like you guys rip of customers like that. If it was 1 maybe yes but every single one....shame on you ...i have all the pictures to prove it if you so request
