I have GAP Cover for 4 years. I tried to claim after hospitalization and my claim was rejected as stale. I explained that the bill of the Doctor was sent immediately once I recieved it. They told me to request it be reviewed seeing that I was only made aware from the service provider a day before it was sent. Email response to review. 1 liner..claim rejected as stale. Stay away, or get a more reputable company for GAP Cover. Not recommended at all.
I have been waiting for King Price to call me regarding my claim and payment for more than 3 days. Leave messages and no one responds. Then when someone calls, its as if they dont have a clue whats going on. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I dont deserve to be treated this way
I have home owners insurance with Nedbank under Nedbond. Claim lodged in 16th March 2025. No result or feedback until now, 3rd June 2024. Made 3 follow up calls and an escalation to management. Nothing is done. I was promised a call back each time. Nothing happened. The state that Nedbank is in right now is really pathetic. Please choose another service provider or you will be sorry. I have 2 Cell C contracts that I pay almost R1600pm for. Recently the Cell C sim card became defective. Been to the Cell C stores 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They allege each time that a sim swap was done and issue instructions to insert the card into the phone after 4 hours and if that doesn't work after 24 hours. After 3 frustrating attempts, it still doesn't work. I phoned into their call center several times and nobody seems to know what to do. How pathetic is that? I now have a contract with no service. I made the biggest mistake in my life taking a Cell C contract and I would advise that nobody should consider this provider. Their completely ***********. I am now intent on canceling this contract.
Trying to get a copy of my contract proved to be a task well beyond the grasp of the incompetent, inarticulate, ill mannered and illiterate customer service agent Kagiso Mohlakana from Cell C. Had to spell out my name at least 5 times over for my email address (which is supposed to be on their system anyway) and then when I asked her to repeat to check if she got it correct, she was not even close. It was like I was talking to the wall.How can you ever employ people that cannot spell, have no phone etiquette and are rude on the phone. She gave me a bogus reference number and then dropped the call. Truly pathetic. Free Yourself is what they say at Cell C. Maybe should take that advice...free yourself from this frustration and go elsewhere for a cellular contract.
I have been waiting for contract upgrade. Done at Menlyn. It's an absolute mess that store. They really don't know what they are doing. Everytime I called the person that answers the phone is totally clueless on what to do. The assistant manager Obed, that helped me is never at work to follow up and neither does he return calls. Absolute shambles. Moving to Vodacom
The reason why they call this 'one cart 'is because they are lucky if they get 1 star service. Items bought at 4pm, not delivered 3 hours later. Called the call center. Said they will call back. They didn't. This service must be totally done away with. Real bunch of scam artists
My elderly parents claimed for a TV that was damaged after a lightning storm. They were told the TV will be repaired, and they have only a 3 month warranty. After 3 months, if something goes wrong then it's the customers risk. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with that, they told me that there is nothing they could do to help. They absolutely refused to replace the TV, which would have been the proper thing to do as the repair would not hold up after 3 months. Really disappointed. Also the claims center agents are so rude. Unbelievable.
I placed my order on 3rd of August 2021. I did not receive correspondence from them for over 3 weeks. Upon enquiring I was told my order was being dispatched. Order still didn't reach me. I then contacted them again. I was told that due to the unrest..the order is delayed. This is scam. Don't buy anything from this company
I bought a vehicle on the 15 March 2021 on an online auction. The vehicle only arrived for me to take delivery on 31 March 2021, from Cape Town to Gauteng. Despite the long wait for delivery and various issues with their couriers called TAC and their representative named Rhode..more than 30 to 40 calls...my vehicle arrived some 2 weeks later. I collected the vehicle, but was told that they do not have the Natis documents and same is being requested from the bank. Now I have car that I cannot use. I have requested that these documents be supplied upon delivery (as is the law), but it had fallen on deaf ears. I am still awaiting these documents. Can't drive my vehicle and there is no further correspondence from anybody at webuycars. It is really shocking. I am so frustrated that I am considering taking legal action, to cancel the entire deal. They can have their car back!
