They are ****s and refusing with my refund I requested on the 18th of April 2026. They keep changing durations of how long it takes to get a refund and **** saying my order number is incomplete while I sent a screenshot of the wallet in the App. Don't use them they are *******!

This could be such a useful business. In Johannesburg I have minimal issues but Cape Town has been a nightmare. Has this company grown too quickly and is now buckling under the pressure? The APP doesn't work efficiently, my order never arrived and the customer service whatsapp function isn’t working. It is absolutely useless. The call center is off and I have no way of finding out what happened to my order or asking for a refund. Seeing as no one has come Back to me, the business has gone AWOL as the contact centre is down , the whatsapp bot is confused - can I have my money back please ?

The one cart app is really bad. The chat box with the shopper never works, so messaging them for alternatives is never possible. The track driver function is always glitching so you never actually Know how far the driver is. Just a janky app. The wait time for deliveries is also insane! My delivery slot was 09:00 - 10:00 but I had to wait really long after that for my delivery. MIND YOU, i made the order cause I wanted a pie fir breakfast. Ended up making something else in my kitchen cause I had waited for so long. Good concept, but using that app feels like a humiliation ritual.

If you are thinking of even ordering from Onecart, please save your money cause they will deliver damaged items or will just ***** your items and not deliver at all! The customer service team is useless! If you try contacting them, it’s nothing but false hope! Absolutely appalling service!

I am disgusted with onecart!! I have had such poor customer service from them and kept going back and forth with them over rotten yogurt that my 2 year old had gotten a s**** of already! No accountability or even a response!

I placed an order before 6 this morning. My order was cancelled due to the fact that they couldn't reach me still to this time my money has not been refunded. First I was told that is processed and will take 30min that was more than an hour ago. Then it was the operations team. I need that money to reorder my good ASAP this is no cart more than one cart

Absolutely pathetic app and follow up customer service. It’s the second time I’ve input a big order and been unable to proceed to payment and delivery. Using FAQ I rebooted , signed out and in and my order disappeared. I tried the WhatsApp support but I received a message that there were technical issues so I phoned their help line and was told they couldn’t help!!!! I made a fuss and later was called by someone else to whom I had to explain the whole story yet again. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be using them again. Oh and this has happened before and their delivery staff are pathetic getting lost and blaming the gps! Can they not read maps and street names. I was phoned on a previous delivery because he was lost but he couldn’t tell me what street he was in!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This company is the worst. I will have to rate it -0. I’m still waiting for my refund from 26/12/2025 till today. When you get hold of the consultant they tell you that it has been sent, then cut off the conversation just like that. Overall, OneCart is a **** !!!
