Shocking service!
I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a viewing for one of their listed properties. i have contacted all 3 numbers available on the listing to no avail. Busi said she would get back to me, and never did. I eventually managed to book a viewing with Kwezi after many up and down messages. He then never showed up for the viewing and wasted my time. I phoned Gavin to and explained the situation, he said he would escalate and get Busi to arrange a viewing with me. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have still not been contacted and cannot seem to get any response from these people. After reading other reviews on HelloPeter regarding Natrent, I think I will give it a miss as it seems they give even more issues after you have signed the lease. Shocking service!

Shocking service, they do not pay out
Absolutely shocking service and no value for money! I pay R1734 per month plus gap cover which equates to over R2k per month on medical insurance, only for Medihelp to not pay out when it comes to claims. I make sure I only use doctor's that are on my plan, and use the app to navigate which doctors these include. I am now sitting with bills that I have to pay out of pocket as both the GP and the Optometrist have called me to inform me that the medical aid has not paid out on the claims submitted by them. This is absolutely disgusting! What am I paying Medihelp every month for, when I still need to pay out of pocket for doctors on their list!!!! I will be changing medical aids today! I definitely DO NOT recommend Medihelp!

Cartrack keeps calling me and hanging up as soon as I answer. Remove my number off your database and stop calling me! This is in breach of POPIA

Shocking service- lost parcel
Absolutely horrific service! I deposited a parcel into a Pudo locker to sell on Yaga. The parcel is now missing according to The Courier Guy and nobody gives me any update. I was told that Pudo would contact me directly as the public cannot directly contact them. I am yet to receive a call since last week. I have to re-register the issue and answer the same questions each time as the Courier Guy keeps closing the ticket and I have to keep following up as nobody gives me any feedback. I was dealing with someone named Kevin who gave me his direct line to contact him on, he never answers. I have repeated my story on 5 different occasions and keep getting nowhere further than "we have escalated the issue and we are investigating". My parcel is now missing and nobody seems to care. Disgusting service, I will never use either of these companies again.

The worst service!!!
This is the most useless service provider together with cool ideas. I have been trying to get connected for over a week and all I have been getting is a run around in circles. I moved to a new address with an existing installation, all it was a matter of doing was providing a power cable and getting my line connected. Instead it has been an absolute battle with nobody ever calling me back and vumatel removing the existing installation off their records. I have still not been provided with a power cable and am still not connected! Useless is an understatement for this business!
