Pudo will make you disillusioned and make you realise what they mean when they classify South Africa a third world country! If you value your sanity and run a small business, find other alternatives. The WhatsApp bots hallucinate, the call centre staff are always putting you on hold to check this that or the other if they are not ill advising you-.so they dont even train their staff well enough to troubleshoot. Oh and if you use them frequently the number of problems you experience with the actual lockers will reflect that, basically not worth the headqch and if you think cheap is driving out to a locker to drop off a number of parcels, factor in the inconvenience when lockers are full and you have to drive around looking for an empty one, factor in the calls you will need to make when infront of the locker and its malfunction, factor in that fact that junior level management has no overriding powers when their system is not working and the extra expense you will incur to rebook and repackage orders because now they need to cancel versus intercepting the system such that the customer is not inconvenienced. I could type a long list of headaches you can potentially expect to experience but I'd rather say. Don't bother just look for alternatives if you value your mental health.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with PUDO by The Courier Guy. I spent 3 days waiting for a locker in our area to show as available, only to keep being told that the lockers were “full”. At Central Square and Morningside Shopping Centre I waited for about an hour and watched people collect their parcels and empty spaces become available in real time, yet the system continued to insist that the locker was full. That makes no sense. If compartments are opening up, the machine should update accordingly. Even after multiple collections, it still showed no availability. A driver also indicated that he could not assist. In the end, I was eventually able to deposit the parcel, but only after wasting an absurd amount of time and fuel because the system was clearly not working as it should at different locations. The concept is convenient in theory, but if the lockers do not reflect actual availability, then the whole service becomes frustrating and unreliable. This needs to be fixed urgently.

I received a text that my parcel has been deposited in the morning. Later I went to collect my parcel only to find the locker was empty. I text on WhatsApp and the response was that I must call the number they gave me. When I phoned the number I was told to send a WhatsApp on the same number that says I must call. I was told I will only get a response in the morning. In the morning I phoned I was told the parcel was delivered. I told the person I can see on the app that the parcel was taken back to the hub. And then she told me the parcel is not lost it's with them, If I want my parcel I can collect from the hub. I asked why did they send it back. She said she doesn't know. The inconvenience of going to the locker to collect only to find out your parcel is not there. Then you speak to call centre agents that are saying they don't know what happened.

This pudo procedure is a lie,ive been to locker sites ,there where mo spaces for my large box ,and there where open xtra large lockers,people took packages out ,i was there,the screen did not give me an option to o get an extra large locker for free,they lue in their ads , procedure,their customer service ate pathetic,they refuse to give credit back with this system iof no booked lockers of theirs,if the time expire ,then the customer will lose the booking , as i a customer myst dit and wait a while day,at a locker to put in a package,if a courier guy vehicle arrives ,they refuse a customer to put in their package if they removed packages ,they first need to pyt in their packages,before the waiting customer may put in a package,and then theres no locker available ,and why are sasol employees alliwed to say to customers the lockers are full not yo allow customers to use the licker facility,at phillip nell park sasol this happened this morning,

Pudo puts on its platform the procedure if how to use their lockers,and are lying openly,with this way if not allowed to book a locker customers must drive arround from licker location to locker location to find a open locker,to put the parcel in,thet say there if a locker is not available,you can upgrade for free,thats bull****,we lost 4 paid large lockers due to their bul**** system,they are *****s,and liers,they dont have a complaint platform, they've ignored our complaints,thet are *****ing my money,they refuse to adres issues.
