Clicks pharmacy medicross pretoria west,are *****ualent, they cause prescriptions to dissapear, causing patients to have to pay again fir a prescription from the Dr,when a new perscriotion are received fir repeat medication,they stop the last medicine to be received,there are dates on the perscriotions,we as customers pay for the services,staff are not taking it into consideration,then the last of the 6 months perscriotion are refused then a patient must wait another month fir the new perscriotion,then the patient us 2 months with out the prescribed medicine,and the fact that they pre pack the medicine fir pick up but dont tell the patient to pick up the medicine,uts claimed from the medical aid,but either taken fur them selves,or put it back on the shelves,even with stickers, due to they just stick a new sticker over the claimed medicine,thus is their procedure, I've complained to them about my sleeping pills that dissapeared,but was claimed, it's medicine *****,it costed me R1300 for consultation fees,R1050 for perscriotion fees ,and was billed for 7 months of perscriotion sleeping pills on my medical aid if R100 each,and still gotten away with this *******ion.

Ward 3, westpark, pretoria west,there is no ward councillor in the whole area,infrastructure are not maintained, complaints to customer care are not taken seriously,property owners in ward are not assisted at all ,why do we have to pay for services when there are no one to complain to ,no one assisting,why do staff need to get paid a monthly salary, but do not work fisically,this is a huge concern
Standard bank *******ly let me go in 2017 from west end branch in Pretoria west ,at Quagga centre,uts youre staff , and management that caused me to break down,i was working fir you for 21 years,was working the last times in 4 different positions,but only received pay for 1 position,u was not paid overtime,standby time on weekends,no tea time or lunch times allowed,i was just used, working,sometimes working more than 12 hours a day,its not like working at the cash centre,at least there i was paid and valued,respected,but at a branch youre victamised, ****** plays a big role, targetted,over stressed,breaken down,and then just get rid of,even when the manager stole money,the cameras did not work due to revamping,the branch i took the hit,i was made a ***** after i was not in controll of my accounts that i was working on,that came from the branches manager,thus was a planned deliberate way to get me out .and their plan worked i made a mistake,but they got the money,that was lost but i was let go in 2017 i was told to come and sign a paper it was my last day,i was refused to go to any branch for any banking transaction ,im not allowed to step into a branch,i did not ***** money,i was multiskilling like i was trained ,i was doing great untill therevwas a staff shortage,and management told staff to load the atms that was in my name at that moment so i can work as a teller,team leader,safe custodian,etc,so i did not have any right to be there at the atm to see what the staff where doing with my cash on my name,and they have the keys to the cameras,to change the footage ,even the union was unfluenced by management not to help,even HR dud not get involved, internal,*******ion,they even where,manangement tampering remotely on my account.when i was let go in 2017,i was refused my UIF form's,i lost my money ,even my injury in duty was jippoed so I don't get treatment anymore, even though u was paying fir my pain medication from my medical aid, they had to pay me a x amount,but never did,u was treated like **** for 21 years,u gave my life for 7 days a week, sometimes 14 hours a day,i neglected my families,i put Standard Bank first,yiu ruined my life and you still owes me .u hate Sim Shaballala, it's because of him, it got like this.
In 2017 i was put on early pension from Standard Bank *******ly, Alexander Forbes staff member promised me they will handle my tax submitting,due to im on forced pension,in 2018 they did not submit my forms to sars neither contacted me or sent the forms to me,but they charge me with a monthly fee for handling my profile monthly,which only happens to be yearly,so Sars charged me with a penalty fee,now this fee has i creased due to Alexander Forbes ignoring me ,due to im working and do not deposit into my pension fund anymore,if I was working,or still gad a job,u would have known about my tax submittance .but I'm not ,im strugling to get work,but still that person from Alexander Forbes said,they will handle it all i don't have to worry about anything, it's wrongfully given advice.cant they just pay the fine their staff where in the wrong.
Standard bank huisenings,alweer het my paaiement opgegaan,donder dat hul my last weet het,ek mag glad nie gedurende die tydperk van my huis lening my paaiement vasteken nie,dasts geweier om my te help met dit ,ek betaal 3verskillende bedrae op my huis lening,dis as gevolg van agterstallighede wat gebeur het toe Standard bank my laat gaan het onwettiglik vanaf 2017 sukkel ek my gat af om kop bo water te hou as gevolg dat hulle niks voel n klient nie,daar is nou weer onlangs gereel vir n pasiement wat ek moet betaal ,nou breek hulle die ooreenkoms weer , er k moet elke maand radi wst ek moet betaal en self uitwerk sonder hul help,verlede jaar was fit weer n Groot ding en ek reel toe met n staflid,en die besluit om op verlif td gaan ,terwyl ons besig is met die reelings,en ek praat toe met die een se,,bestuurder baas ,toe weier hy ook om met my komunikeer,,en dissapear net,hulle is n klomp arrogante agterbakse staf lede, wat in die bek geruk moet word,en gese moet word om kliente ordentlikbte hanteer al skuld die klient geld,dis victimisering,die vorige jaar was ek sleg gese deur n staflid gevloek ,rasisties opgetree,wat my bel,en het my begin target,met oproepe,en drop calls,24/7,die bank het niks ondersoek gedoen nie ,na my klagte nie,dis onasnvaarbaar dat n klient so gehanteer word.ek was die agelope jare bedig met Standard Bank met klagtes,en die kwaliteit van diens deur hulle staff het verskriklik afgeneem,hulle waardes se so maar die staf maak wat hul wil.die feit dat hul op hul perdjie wil spring,as daar n verskil in pasiement is ,masr nie die klient verwittig nie,is verkeerd,dreig en tekere gaan , maar dis hul staff ,wat die oorsaak is dat ek al van 2017 sonder werk sit,geen salaris onvang nie,hulle het my onwettiglik uitgewer,weier om my besering aan diens te betaal,my uif dokumente geweier om vir my te gee,ek het 21jaar vir hulle gewerk,hulle het bedrog gepleeg met my dokumente aan die labour department,hull skuld my ,ek het nie geld om hul axn td cat nie,Standard bank is bedrogpleers ,korrupt,en *****.

Staff are strugling with thr online system for more than 6 Months now,staff are forced to buy their own computers,use their own data, WiFi,staff are also use their own transport money to get to different departments for help,training ,meetings,no overtime paid,no transport fees,no paying back the data, WiFi,or computers they bought,sraf are strugling,working under pressure with applications,and only certain areas are dealing with applications,others get bribes
They are ****ming people out of their money by not paying the money back ,if there is no lockers available or,when lockers are booked wrongly,this is a money making ****
