I received a text that my parcel has been deposited in the morning. Later I went to collect my parcel only to find the locker was empty. I text on WhatsApp and the response was that I must call the number they gave me. When I phoned the number I was told to send a WhatsApp on the same number that says I must call. I was told I will only get a response in the morning. In the morning I phoned I was told the parcel was delivered. I told the person I can see on the app that the parcel was taken back to the hub. And then she told me the parcel is not lost it's with them, If I want my parcel I can collect from the hub. I asked why did they send it back. She said she doesn't know. The inconvenience of going to the locker to collect only to find out your parcel is not there. Then you speak to call centre agents that are saying they don't know what happened.
I spoke to Tumelo Molloyi I was testing my device. The guy is very friendly and was very helpful. One of my devices was delayed and he took his time to reboot and asked that I drive the car and call again to confirm. I drove the car and when I called back he was on lunch but the lady I spoke to was also friendly and resolved my query. Oh! cartrack is very quick in answering calls. You don't have to wait forever for someone to pick up the call.
I am super happy with discovery insure. I have car and building insurance with them. I have made 3 claims in total and they were very quick to approve. Cash backs are areal thing. When I do my math, deducting cash back from my premium I end up paying almost nothing. If you choose to keep your cash backs at the insure funder account it is even better because you get to use that money to pay for access should you have a claim or use it to buy new tires. Just last month I only paid R90 for 2 tires for a Kia Rio because I had enough funds on my insure funder account. Thank you Discovery insure for your superb service.
I am happy with Fastway. For my business they use fast way. Once it is handed over to fast way I know I will get it on the second day. From jhb to cut. They very cheap and affordable
I am very happy with the service I am receiving from Pudo. I have never experienced any delays or bad service. My deliveries are always on time. I was worried about my last parcel from pietermaritsburg to Cape Town because when I tracked it says on DBN to Cape Town. But my parcel arrived on time.
My parcel was last updated on 12 April 2024. On the 19th they wrote that the parcel has not been updated for longer period and they are investigating. Again on the 12th they wrote the same thing. When I phoned them they said the system update automatically. I then asked them why lie and say you investigating knowing very well that you not doing anything. I think the best thing is to report them to the supplier because they are killing the supplier's business. Calling Buffalo is a waste of time because they will tell you what is on their online tracking system.
Aziz McPherson what a great service from him. My car had to be towed last night. I called discovery and within 20 minutes I was assisted. He even called me after to check if we were home safe. I recommend discovery
