I was told that I need to provide proof of insurance and I sent it and was never advised that what I’m sending was wrong. Fine, I then took my time called yesterday was told to call today I did so and was finally told it’s wrong I called my insurance asked for the correct ones and sent it I was then told unfortunately I’ll be charged nedbank car insurance regardless that I have a car insurance but cause they have already put it I can basically go fly a kite they proceeding! So basically I’ll pay for my normal insurance, pay for my instalment for mfc then pay for an insurance nedbank is deciding to bless me with! Like *** NEDBANK SUCH *******!!!
I went to Pavilion to purchase an outfit and in the process of the purchase since the account was new, so there was a voucher to redeem however when I asked for a gift receipt the sales lady said there was a mix up they will contact the head office. Shelly the lady said I must come back the following day that would have been Sat. We returned Monday and was told there were no items instead she refunded back into my account without my knowledge and the irritating part on all this no one knew of a query logged I had paid the difference that day which was Friday and now the staff had to go back look for the staff reprocess them call the call centre to sort this!
To whom it may concern I need assistance I had called a few minutes ago to query something. Initially I received a call and I had stated I would settle the account I reverted back to the person paying the account as much as I was the one who went to ukzn but my mother(pensioner) is paying. So needed to find out if they can be maybe a discount cause she was paying from 15k it’s now around 2k. I never got the opportunity to ask because of the rude consultant who answered my call and worse I had called with my airtime yet the guy who picked up said ay lady don’t tell me that cause I’m asking u what must we help u with cause u made a promise it says here! My response was you have taken my ID no I have not yet stated why I am calling! It’s very embarrassing how that consultant has conducted himself, maybe do better in people you hiring. I would like a call back to discuss way forward maybe with someone who has not had a bad day, cause it seemed I was inconveniencing him by calling! Kind regards Minenhle
It’s so frustrating at times to deal with companies like payflex today they should have debited and they haven’t instead the app is not allowing me to pay but my bank balance keeps dropping but the orders amount are remaining the same last time I was double charged cause again they system had an issue and I can’t call to be assisted
If i could i would rate it a zero the stress i have at this present moment is unbelievable. My iphone 15 plus needs a 28 recovery key to sign me in or out, i have contacted IOS help centre provided them with all the documents and they said no they cannot remove it at this point i dont even care of my pictures and numbers but im at a wall and can’t do anything with no support i need help as a customer
I claimed for my broken wind screen i got a quote for excess of 20003,00 then it changed to R708 today after paying 708 i got a call saying i need to pay 811 its short! What the devil is going on with this excess it keeps changing i have an invoice of a different amount today it has a prorata!
So I ordered at John Dory’s Cornubia and my order had prawns missing so called them they were like oh yes sorry the mistake was on our side u can come get them! So after again driving to collect my order i must drive again look for parking to fix there mistake who pays for my petrol and time? To accommodate there mistake!
The level of disrespect and arrogance we just experienced at Nandos Westville. We ordered 3 quarter legs meals while we were ordering the lady was paying no attention to us. Nonetheless we collected the order and left and when we got home to our surprise we were given 3 breasts so we drove back to Westville and the lady who took the order was so arrogant and disrespectful not even a sorry! Instead her colleague was remorseful and we were given an ultimatum of taking our money or accepting 2 quarters mind u they were in a rush to close! Im typing this eating a sandwich cause its 21:42 and most places were closed!
Appauling service i just received at fishaways umhlanga total garage i advised the fish was off manager bongiwe ndlovu who was rude said there is nothing i can do but to eat this rotten fish and I was dismissed like a peasant i had to drive to fishaways and return that fish so 230 rand in the bin and meal not even eaten
I have had the worst experience after losing my cellphone, I put through a claim and after I tried checking on the site it’s saying in progress for 3 days now. When u call mtn insurance they are talking in the background laughing having such a pleasant time. They eventually pick up then and are of no help today one said I must call back to find out if they have allocated my payment then wait 3-5 working days for them to approve. Lord how long is the process like we have established there is no phone why the wait from sending the claim form, waiting for that to approve, waiting to know if it’s approved, calling to get the amount, paying then waiting for that to be approved all this u calling getting different people! Till now I don’t know whether I’m getting the phone or for the past year I was donating money to Mtn insurance for they well being I was giving them grant basically I am SASSA!!!!
