Fasta loans suck
Fasta loans is threatening to take down another debit order, although I did repay my loan last month. I will sue you guys if I see that amount go down.

Upgrade issue again
Their customer service sucks. I was supposed to upgrade my phone last year, but due to a few unsuccessful debit orders didn't go through on time which I had to pay manually my upgrade gets pushed back. I tried 4 more times after that, each time a successful debit order by the way. Yet still I couldn't upgrade due to my credit score not being high enough. So you know what I decided that if ever I have the money I'll just buy a new phone cash without their so called help. So I finally had enough saved to get a new phone this year, but this morning I get a call from them trying to talk to me about an upgrade. A year and a half later 😒😒. Yeah I was not happy at all.

Wonga won't do a reversesal
They took the money from my account after the the day I made an EFT payment. So I double paid and now I can't get a hold of them do a reversesal on the debit order they took.

Poor service and no resolutions
Here I am again to complain about Takealot. No surprise that they're lying to about my upcoming order. Showed it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow, yet it still not shipped out and headed to the delivery facility like it's supposed to. Order number 209643004, why is it split into two. I specifically ordered those items together. Can someone please explain this incompetence?? If the explanation doesn't state that I will still receive it as promised by tomorrow, because every was in stock when I ordered it. Then I'll make a very big scene, now just ship the damn goods so I may receive it tomorrow as promised 😡😡😡

The council sucks
I'm not happy with them at all. I'm trying to run a guest house and I've been without power since late Friday night. I know it's not a substation problem because the houses around us have power, so it's probably a problem with the small box across the street. The owner did log a call early yesterday morning, but no technician has arrived yet to try and fix whatever is wrong. Some council we have right, great job guys. By the way it's a guest house in Brackenhurst. They told us they prioritise businesses but clearly they don't. My guests are starting to complain 😡😡

Rent payment delay thanks to FNB
I'm not impressed with these guys at all. I paid my rent on Friday, normally the next day it showed that it has been processed but for some reason it took longer. Only got processed today. So my question is why did it take so long huh? You guys are messing with my livelihood right now. If the R4800 rent money doesn't hit my landlords account today, I'll take legal action against you guys for delaying that transaction. You never done it before, so why now????

Ever since Meta AI took over all the social media platforms including WhatsApp, my account has been under review twice now for nothing. They claim it's because I broke one of their stupid rules, but all I've ever done is just talk to people nothing more. But clearly that's not allowed anymore

My outstanding balance
I was a little behind on my bill for the WiFi. But I finally paid the full amount due early this morning. But now no one from their accounting department had confirmed that they received my payment. Yet again a perfect example, just interested in getting their money and not interested in helping me get my Internet back online.

The Expo people suck
I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. She was asked to work at the Love Expo that was held at the end of November. It's now literally a month later and those stupid losers haven't paid her and on top of that they gave her off chicken which resulted in food poisoning. Is this seriously how people are treated these days. Get off your fat rich asses and pay the people who did the work 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. The person she's talking to by the way who claims they didn't make any money, his name is Calvin.
