This is a joke it takes your agent atleast 10 days to cal u and their excuses is your number goes to voice mail. I have e-mailed my statement 4 times and still your system is stuck my number is 074315 9986

I settled an existing loan on 29 April 2026, I used an old reference number for a closed loan and sent in the proof of payment. I sent an email again request my loan to be updated and I got a feedback on 1 May 2026 08:12am that I used a wrong ref account however my request was escalated to the finance department so they can allocate manually and I will be notified via email, today it the 7th May 2026 I haven't received any feedback and my profile still indicates the existing loan. I have emailed again several times without getting feedback and I called no feedback from you. How long does it take to allocate payment? since the 29 April you are still allocating the payment. I have been unfairy treated here, I have been your trusted customer sometime now. I will have to escalate this matter further to credit ombudsman as I am not getting any assistance from you.

Coming from a loyal customer who always paid my loans in full. They refuse to give me another loan. They never did credit checks now all of a sudden they are concerned about credit records. Sorry but these people are not what they say they are.

I have moved banks and I want to update my debit order details, there is no way for me to do this on the self service portal app. I sent 3 emails explaining and providing the new bank details, I keep getting the same standard response when I asking for help. What is the point of have an email service when agents are giving standard responses. All I want to do is update my details. Horrible experience

Fasta loans processes a loan very fast and is easy to apply but before receiving the loan you must accept there debit order mandate. So you give them the date when your salary is paid in to your account and request that the debit order goes off that day. According to their mandate, the deduction will go off the day you get your salary. I get my salary the very last day of each month. Fasta starts deducting on the 16th of the month when there is mo money in my account. I sent them 4 emails requesting for the deduction to go off the last day of the month. Fasta rep**** to my emails and said they would correct it. This month they deducted on the 30th and I got paid on the 31st, so my debit order returned again. Now this affects my credit score. I have settled my loan with them and will never apply through Fasta again. People should be aware of this issue before they decide to apply with them.
