Despite sending emails and attempting to call everyone and their brother not one single person responded to me yet I was “accused” of giving the perception that all “Civil Servant were not performing their duties” !! I ca now give an Affidavit that they are cer*****y doing what they are supposed to be doing. Even the Mayor, City Manger and MEC do not reply. I cannot wait for the Municipal Elections in November as the ANC is going to lose 100%!

I am in desperate need of the sizeable refund from Ekurhuleni Municipality in Edenvale, I have comp**** by handing the documents needed but 8 working days later I have not received the refund which is contrary to what I was told on 20/04/2026 (which conversation was recorded) . Despite repeated emails requesting an update no feedback has been supp****. I am in no way suggesting that Civil Servants are not doing their work as I have received excellent service from 2 Ladies. I am desperate to receive this refund as my husband is extremely ill and I have to take him home to the country of his birth so our children and extended family can spend precious time with him, he is deteriorating rapidly and he might not be able to take the 12 hour flight to Italy.

I called and the phone was picked up by one of your employees Mr Nepo Mothuse Mohau did not even wait for me to finish stating the reason for my call he told me "**** you" I asked if I can report to his work place He said "go ahead" and he hung up

This is getting tougher every month and I'm seeing it is no solution to any easier any month in Germiston Our deep freezes do not even get filled now, we have nothing in our fridges anymore, this is really not healthy on living or nothing has been done, we are living off whatever we buy and it's not even using our appliances either it's just tough at all measures, no help or answers You go the extra mile but no technicians on site as there is no more extra to fix only one team now (it's so unnecessary because we are going to be without electricity for longer as months go) Every year it's no help, care or understanding on what as a community we are going through Why is it that the councillors have no answers and the Ekurhuleni just state on email please assist but nothing gets sorted or gets better at no forms or measurei

I have just received a pre termination notice from Ekurhuleni Boksburg. My account has been up to date last month until today when I received the pre termination notice. I called the municipality on this number 011 999 5102. I was then told that I have a stuck meter. I asked them how is it that my problem, and they asked what I did to the meter then I remembered that after paying my last month bill, Ekurhuleni guys shoved prepaid metres down our throats! I suppose the reason why the metre is stuck is because of the prepaid metre! I am really displeased with this! Ekurhuleni Boksburg must know

I'm not happy with them at all. I'm trying to run a guest house and I've been without power since late Friday night. I know it's not a substation problem because the houses around us have power, so it's probably a problem with the small box across the street. The owner did log a call early yesterday morning, but no technician has arrived yet to try and fix whatever is wrong. Some council we have right, great job guys. By the way it's a guest house in Brackenhurst. They told us they prioritise businesses but clearly they don't. My guests are starting to complain 😡😡
