I placed an order Online to be delivered at my house Monday the 27/01/25.I even got confirmation from Josiah online their WhatsApp that my order will be delivered at home,to got call from courier guy his refusing to deliver my parcel at home. nobody from Makro is helping to resolve this matter order:MMLA-1959250
I was offered a contract by Mondo under false pretense, I was lied to by a consultant.I called in June 21 made a complaint given Ref no:RC012785 today it's August 2021 and I still have not received my feedback.I wanted one contact and was send two sim cards and told one sim is an extra sim incase I lose the other sim only to discover that I was lied to the other sim is another contract.I call Mondo nobody answers my calls.
Once again another disappointment from Nedbank Deceased Estate department.on the 23rd June 2021 a deceased account was opened and the bank had to transfer funds from investment acc into deceased account,all paperwork done the process should take 24hrs cause its Nedbank to Nedbank account.Today is 25th June 2021 nothing has been done you send an email to [email protected] they dont reply only an auto reply.I went to their Facebook page was told the matter has been escalated that was in the morning and feedback will be communicated come 14:45 no feedback still nothing is being done another escalation done by their Facebook team still nothing is done no feedback.you email [email protected] still no help stay away from Nedbank poor poor poor service from the deceased estate dept the is also reviews online about their poor service never invest with Nedbank.
On the 3rd June 2021,I went to Vangate Branch in Cape Town and submitted documents to open a deceased account for my Mother. I submitted the following documents death certificate,Deceased ID,My ID and Letter of Authority from the Master's of the High.The documents where scanned and emailed at the branch to [email protected] so that they can be verified mind you I submitted original documents and the branch needs to get verification from the deceased estate dept for them to open the account today is the 22 June 2021.I still have not received any feedback when I call the branch the line rings once then dropps and I called the call centers they have send numerous emails for the branch to call me yet nobody has called me, I have send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] also no feedback .mind you I submitted original documents.has I knew how much of a bad service Nedbank offers I would have not allowed my Mother to make an investment with Nedbank.So please people stay away from investing in Nedbank cause when the person that invested passes on you will see flams and bad service from Nedbank Deceased Estate dept and alot of frustration.
I am currently experiencing bad service from Aramex South Africa,the driver was supposed to deliver my parcel to day he never called me yet on the receipt they have both my numbers.I have called the cpt office twice spoke to Marian and Austin and have send an email to their customer care and they lie saying the driver was in my area in the morning and could not get ahold of me yet the package has both my numbers 072 and 063 the driver never can or called I even send a message on fb jm says my parcel is with the driver .even am still waiting for parcel no: DBP46093362420 no call from the driver its 16:00.My parcel was send from pick n pay wonderpark in Pretoria to cpt.I am being send from pillar to post their trying to cover their driver they are not even calling the driver to follow up on my parcel
Kulula.com has terrible Customer Care I have been call for over an hour nobody is answering the phones.I made a booking on their website and my account was debited and I have not received any Ref for my booking not even confirmation email yet they have debited my account.
I bought a car from we buy cars midstream,Opel Astra 1.6 turbo sport on the 27 November and on the 18 December the car gave me a problem I towed back to Midstream branch.they took the car to WHO Auto the problem was the Angle Sensor.I was communicating with the customer care aget by the name of Wynand Piters.on the 30 December I went to collect my car at midstream branch only to find out my service book and lid lid are missing I reported the matter to the manager on duty Karian before taking the car and send an email to [email protected] I am stuck with out a service book and lid and need to drive to cape town from Pretoria.looks like nobody is willing to help me with my service book and lid.my service book and lid got lost between midstream branch WHO Auto now nobody is taking responsibility to replace my service book and lid now I have to drive to cape town from Pretoria please help me resolve this matter
Deliver your parcel is unreliable courier,I have been waiting for parcel: DP2592225 and called their office 3times already and keep on being told that the driver will call yet the is no call from the driver.on their web site its says parcel delivered yet no parcel has been received.
The Service of netflorist is bad order no 104122355 was supposed to be delivered at 14:00 now its 14:57.they said the order is on route with the driver from 12noon till now it has not been delivered.when I want to cancel they want to charge me the delivery fee and 15% of the order yet its their fault.I called 3times today yet no help the last consultant his name was Mark.ppl never waste your time and money ordering from Netflorist
