Amazing service!
You guys ROCK!! You kept me in the loop the entire time via email, nearly everyday infact. Even when I dropped a last minute address change request on you, you guys made sure that the parcel was delivered. I'm SUPER impressed! Thank you for the great service

Really bad customer service
This company is a joke. The employees have no sense of customer service. They do not send you any notification that your parcel is out for delivery or when it will be delivered. They just decide to call at the time of delivery. In my case, I was working and not by my phone when they called. They called because their driver got lost and needed directions. By the time I called them back, they said they will get back to me and never did. I had to get back to work and assumed my parcel would be delivered and made the necessary arrangements to have it received. I checked back later on my parcel as there was no update and when I contacted back, I was told the driver is no longer in the area and is gone home so my parcel can’t be delivered. Why was I not contacted back or informed of any of this?? I paid a lot for the delivery of my parcel to receive this pathetic service.

Pleasant Experience
Sent an email asking for clarification on their track your delivery system and got a reply 5 minutes later! So used to having to wait days for a reply from a customer help email it was a pleasant surprise. Delivery guy was also so nice and friendly, even though it's a nightmare to find my house in my estate.

Your driver who delivered my consignment ref number 2723515289 on the 14th of December 2020 is just humble and absolutely professional alongside wearing his mask. PATHETIC RESPONSES FROM DELIVER YOUR PARCEL (PTY) LTD
Beware of this company. According to Ania of DELIVER YOUR PARCEL (PTY) LTD they do not operate over public holidays. A consignment sent on 22 September (2 days before the Heritage Day holiday) could not reach Durban due to the public holiday. They say and I quote Canvas and More reprsentative Midge "Ania just called me. Because of the public holiday your order should have arrived in Durban today (Friday), but will now be delivered on Monday or Tuesday." Absolutely disgusting service. Also DELIVER YOUR PARCEL (PTY) LTD website tracking says my parcel is "DELIVERED TO NOT ON SYSTEM 2020-09-22 00:00". This is the date it should have left Cape Town.

Deliver your parcel is unreliable courier,I have been waiting for parcel: DP2592225 and called their office 3times already and keep on being told that the driver will call yet the is no call from the driver.on their web site its says parcel delivered yet no parcel has been received.
