I order items from SHEIN. The transaction rather smooth with Shein. Until it landed in South Africa. The items should have been in my hands mid October. Every week atleast twice a week I either email or call Aramex. Every time I get the same generic answer of "we will get back to you". Nothing ever happens at Aramex they have staff that cannot think on their feet and they can only answer with the same standard answer. Completely unable to assist a customer. Oh and still waiting for my parcels
I've purchased data via my banking application. I contacted my service provider and they were little to no help at all claiming that my bank was the issue. I have contacted Capitec after the data was not allocated to my number. After numerous calls and waiting what felt like forever I was informed that the issue with take up to 48 hours to resolve and was given a reference number. Annoyed that I just wasted funds by making use of an application that has proven to be useful at times. I called my service provider again and they refused to take responsibility. I called the bank again and again they informed me that this might take longer than the initial 48 hours, it might take up to 5 days. Needless to say it has been 24 hours and nothing has changed. Neither accepting responsibility and neither willing to rectify the issue at hand.
I've purchased data via my banking application for MTN. I have contacted them after the data was not allocated to my number. After numerous calls and waiting what felt like forever I was told on one of my calls that the data will be allocated within 20 minutes. Grateful for a resolution, I resumed my day. When I finally got home and had the opportunity to check my balance nothing was allocated. Needless to say it has been 24 hours and nothing has changed. I have contacted my bank and they claim the issue is on MTN's side and on my final call to MTN they also cowardly did the same as the bank. Neither accepting responsibility and neither willing to rectify the issue at hand.
