A consignment sent on 22 September (2 days before the Heritage Day holiday) could not reach Durban due to the public holiday. They say and I quote Canvas and More reprsentative Midge "Ania just called me. Because of the public holiday your order should have arrived in Durban today (Friday), but will now be delivered on Monday or Tuesday." Absolutely disgusting service. Also DELIVER YOUR PARCEL (PTY) LTD website tracking says my parcel is "DELIVERED TO NOT ON SYSTEM 2020-09-22 00:00". This is the date it should have left Cape Town.
