I informed NESTAR https://www.netstar.co.za/ to refund me (through an e-mail and telephonically) as they carried on debiting funds for the tracker which was no longer in existence due to the car being written off 4 months ago. They even debited again last week. As such the accounts department seems problematic. As l have exhausted various channels l am still to investigate further to get my refund at a minimum time. It is so that that someone at NETSTAR seems to neglect what needs to be done.
I purchased a product on https://www.makro.co.za/ online on 19th of June 2023 worth R2199, 00 cash and the confirmation seems in a delayed mode as Makro system failed to generate confirmation of purchase right away but amount already collected as confirmed by my bank notification. Then l immediately wrote an e-mail as it was late at around 20:50 at night to air my experience , only to get a response on the 24th of June to be informed that the query was escalated. On the 27th of June l got the below message regardless of populating all the relevant credentials including the one being indicated below: "Please provide us with your address as we trying to deliver your goods from Makro'' Massmart Powered by Walmart" As of this l thought l was going to get my order paid for promptly which never happened. I phoned Makro ONLINE on the 29th of June and the consultant kept me on hold quite for a couple of minutes and she was not able to confirm when will l get my paid product and l ended up thinking that l might have purchased an item out of stock. As such, the service is becoming questionable. I requested to be updated during the call and up to now they never bothered to contact me. I am now a bit hesitant to make use of Makro online for any purchase. Sadly l haven't received my order and 13 days already elapsed.

Your driver who delivered my consignment ref number 2723515289 on the 14th of December 2020 is just humble and absolutely professional alongside wearing his mask. What else can we ask for in these trying times. Thank you for your top of the range service, real world class l should say!!!!!.
