No opportunity for special exams
I am highly disappointed in Stadio. I an in the second semester of my Advanced Diploma in Management and I missed an exam due to illness and when I try to inquire about a special exam, I firstly had to hold for 30 minutes and when I finally get hold of someone, I am being told I will only have an opportunity to write at the end of the next semester even though I have a Dr's note that I was not well. I am appalled that an institution that wants to be recognized as an accredited university is operating like this. In universities special exams are granted within reason but Stadio is doing the opposite of that, it is so disappointing

Poor customer service
I tried reporting that I lost my card in store and was told that the accounts department was closed at that time it was around 16:30. I was advised to call them the next day which I did at around 15:30 when I tried getting through the prompts on the phone it then said that they’re closed. While holding the automated voice message advised that working hours were between 08:00-17:00. I don’t understand how that can be. The most non-friendly and phone line

Faulty base
Purchased a single bed for my child at Steeldale. Got sold a bed with a faulty base the legs wouldn’t go into one of the corner holes. I am highly annoyed

Absa building loan department incompetent!
Absa building loan department is incompetent. I called to get my debit order date changed and was sent from pillar to post. I was told only one person can authorize that and was given a number to call which is not going through. The consultant helping me refuses to give their names for my record instead I'm being told to go to the branch. Throughout my entire loan application I have never seen the inside of a branch why should I go now for something so simple. I am disgusted at the fact that an entire Absa building loan department comes to a standstill for one person. Do better as a bank

Wrongfully debited
I just got debited 599 on a 150 contract. Telkom is a scam DO NOT take any of their contracts. I want my money!!!!

Rude and incompetent agents!!!!
My partner bought electricity on a banking app and the app crashed when we called Blue label telecom stating our case the 1st consultant gave us an incorrect token number and the 2nd one had an attitude she flat out refused to give me her name and hung up on me this is pathetic and disgusting!!!!

Momentum FundsAtWork refuses to pay my money
I’ve had enough with this company. My funds at work provident fund claim was lodged in June till to day I am yet to receive the money I asked and was told that my previous company didn’t declare last contribution and there’s an email where the HR lady sent them the last day. I’ve been told to call on Friday for the past 2 weeks and last week I was told that I would definitely get my money this week. Today I called and was assured I would get my money today. Here I am sitting after cob and nothing! I am so upset I am being taken for a fool. I don’t understand why companies still have their provident funds with this company it’s disgusting!!!

Afcho doesn’t care for their client’s health
I stay at Atkinson House. I have been staying there since 2017 without issues until my new neighbors moved in. The units are so close to each other and somewhere separated by cardboard as such when the neighbors smoke the smoke gets into mine being asthmatic I suffer from attacks. I have countless times taken this up with the building manager but to date nothing was done. I was not made to fill in any form of formal complaint even after calling Afhco which referred me to the same incompetent manager. I have taken a decision to leave but the problem is that for the rest of the month I have to put up with the smoking since the manager has told me that there is nothing he can do. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF STAYING AT AFCHO YOUR HEALTH AND COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!!

Gautrain took my money!
Purchased an Gautrain card and trip on the self-help machine in Sandton and the machine cancelled my transaction. My money was debited, none of the staff was willing to help was told it will be debited back into my account. I have heard from other commutters that this is untrue it never gets debited. Had to spend some more money to buy again and got dismissed like a child
