I graduated from PGCE on 15 May 2206. According to my funder contract, I have no outstanding fees and met all academic requirements. However, I did not receive my certificate during the graduation ceremony. I have sent multiple emails to the registrar/finance office with proof of funding attached, but I have not received any response or update. The lack of communication is making it difficult to apply for employment.

I am highly disappointed in Stadio. I an in the second semester of my Advanced Diploma in Management and I missed an exam due to illness and when I try to inquire about a special exam, I firstly had to hold for 30 minutes and when I finally get hold of someone, I am being told I will only have an opportunity to write at the end of the next semester even though I have a Dr's note that I was not well. I am appalled that an institution that wants to be recognized as an accredited university is operating like this. In universities special exams are granted within reason but Stadio is doing the opposite of that, it is so disappointing

I am so unhappy. I registered for 3 modules for PGCE as I was planning to do 2 years as I can afford that. Today 25th May 2026, I received sms stating I am registered for TP701, I did not. What makes it worse , there are 13 tasks due on Monday 1st June. I am not planning to do them as I did not register for it and I can’t afford this module now. I have tried calling, I have tried emails. No one replies at STADIO. I am so unhappy. Should I deregister because clearly this is so unfair. I never expected this as I was doing so well with other modules. Now this.

I was emailed a confirmation bank I should pay my registration fees but when uploading Pop along with documents I saw a different account number what’s really happening I’m a distance learner

I am currently studying with the online institution and they assigned me to write my exam in a different province I've been asking them to change the exam center and im yet to get any feedback.

Please do not recommend STADIO Higher Education, especially the Krugersdorp campus. I graduated in 2021 with a B.Tech in Management, but up to today I have still not received my certificate, even though I do not owe the institution any money. I have been following up for years, and every time I communicate with Talitha and the office, I am told that the certificate will be sent “within two weeks,” but nothing happens. I have already paid twice for STADIO to courier my certificate, submitted all required documents, and made countless phone calls and emails, but I continue to receive poor service and poor communication. My husband even travelled from Nelspruit to the Krugersdorp campus hoping to collect the certificate, which cost us fuel, toll fees, and time, but still there was no assistance. This situation has become extremely frustrating and stressful, and I am now considering involving my lawyers to help resolve this matter. Students deserve better treatment and proper communication from an institution of higher learning. Please consider institutions that provide better service. My sister graduated from Regenesis in 2024, and she received all her certificates without any problems and is very happy with their service.
