No opportunity for special exams

I am highly disappointed in Stadio. I an in the second semester of my Advanced Diploma in Management and I missed an exam due to illness and when I try to inquire about a special exam, I firstly had to hold for 30 minutes and when I finally get hold of someone, I am being told I will only have an opportunity to write at the end of the next semester even though I have a Dr's note that I was not well. I am appalled that an institution that wants to be recognized as an accredited university is operating like this. In universities special exams are granted within reason but Stadio is doing the opposite of that, it is so disappointing
