Graduation certificate delayed, no response to emails
I graduated from PGCE on 15 May 2206. According to my funder contract, I have no outstanding fees and met all academic requirements.
However, I did not receive my certificate during the graduation ceremony. I have sent multiple emails to the registrar/finance office with proof of funding attached, but I have not received any response or update.
The lack of communication is making it difficult to apply for employment.
