Graduation certificate delayed, no response to emails
I graduated from PGCE on 15 May 2206. According to my funder contract, I have no outstanding fees and met all academic requirements. However, I did not receive my certificate during the graduation ceremony. I have sent multiple emails to the registrar/finance office with proof of funding attached, but I have not received any response or update. Urgent concern about lack of communication
I'm really frustrated that I haven't received any communication from the institution about writing special assessment, especially since I've completed all but one module and qualify for the assessment since I'm with one module to graduate.
