graduated in 2021 for B.Tech - Management Course but still no certificate received

Please do not recommend STADIO Higher Education, especially the Krugersdorp campus.

I graduated in 2021 with a B.Tech in Management, but up to today I have still not received my certificate, even though I do not owe the institution any money. I have been following up for years, and every time I communicate with Talitha and the office, I am told that the certificate will be sent “within two weeks,” but nothing happens.

I have already paid twice for STADIO to courier my certificate, submitted all required documents, and made countless phone calls and emails, but I continue to receive poor service and poor communication. My husband even travelled from Nelspruit to the Krugersdorp campus hoping to collect the certificate, which cost us fuel, toll fees, and time, but still there was no assistance.

This situation has become extremely frustrating and stressful, and I am now considering involving my lawyers to help resolve this matter.

Students deserve better treatment and proper communication from an institution of higher learning.

Please consider institutions that provide better service. My sister graduated from Regenesis in 2024, and she received all her certificates without any problems and is very happy with their service.
