So I have been emailing and calling cellc c, about my debit order date which is not wat we agreed on, they keep taking money prior too the date, i called to block a ****** phone last month they had system errors and promised to try and send sms once done till today nothing from so-called Cellc, they have been denoting more than agreed over R100 from the contract amount and I informed them they told me about subscription, I want to know why are they taking so much money the contract agreement does not alone with the money they taking and how do u have subscription on a lost phone that was due to be blocked dd???????
They keep taking money for no serving, and weh I asked for refund they said they dnt owe me anything with no explanation
I have settled the account 2 weeks back and I was promised to receive a settlement letter in 5 days, till today no letter, I have called to follow up was told will receive it today, it after working hours still I am waiting, I need this letter urgently as u re very quick to call us nonstop.
I opened an account in 2019 and settled my account in 2022 ad received a paid up letter but when I go to my profile it shows that I still owe them, I have been sending emails attaching the paid up letter and requesting calls bo one is getting back to me neither them updating my profile this is really pathetic u got the money but not clearing my balance,,,,,,, what a service
What a service from Nedbank, I have been running after them as if I need the business I have been trying to get an issue resolved since Tuesday till today nothing has been resolve surely thus I how they handle tjrlwir clients I wonder when it's comes to claims do they give the same service, I am really fed up n all I want is them to cancel the policy.....
I have been emailing customercare regarding a cancelation of cover for 2week no one has reached out to me, I keep sending mail but they not bordering, is this the type of service they offer so wen it comes to claims m sure it the worst hense they failing to deal with such a little matter,
What a worst experience with Telkom, they have been sending me from pillar to post and involved an innocent company VVM, which has nothing to do with my account , Telkom disconnected my services after deducting a debit order on my account when I called was told to call VVM the account is with them this has been going on since the 5the of June till today 1 consultant at Telkom gave me correct info that the account is with them , u guys are so quick to blame ppl n not checking thoroughly on ur side WHAT a pathetic service m glad will not have to deal with such in future will look for better service elsewhere.....Your consultants are very ***********....
I have never experience such BAD PATHETIC SSERVISE LIKE THIS IN MY ENTERE LIFE 17/12 THE BUS WAS SUPPOSE TO DEPART FROM DURBAN TO JHB AT 22H00 ITS ARRIVED AT THE PARK STATION AT 22H35 AND THERE IS NO RDER EVERYONE IS PUSHNG TO GET INTO THE BUS PROBABLY MAKING SURE THAT THEY DO NOT REMAIL BEHIND AS IT WAS THE LAST BUS AT THE STATION, THE DANT BOT=Y THAT WAS CHECKING THE TICKET HAS STINKY ATTITUDE, DON’T EVEN APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVININCE RATHER JUST ****EN F=GIVING ATTITUDE. JEEEZ REALLY NOW, N HUES WHAT ITS ONLY LEFT THE STATION AT 23H15 AND ITS STILL WENT TO PICK UP PEOPLE AT PMB AND LADY SMITH YET IT WAS ALREADY LATE. AT 05H00AM ON THE N3 HELDEBERG ROAD THE DRIVE FELL ASLEEP AND BUMPED INTO A TRUCK AND GUES WHAT HE WAS JUST LAUGHING NOT CONCERNED ABOUT PEOPLE WHO HAD LIFE THAT NEED TO GO ON I NEED TO BE A WORK AT 7H00 BUT NOO BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS SOOOOO BAD THE OTHER BUS ONLY ARRIVED AT 07H30 AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER DOES NOT EVEN APOLOGIES JUST ASKE EVERYONE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER BUS NO COMPENSATION NO APOLOGIES AT ALL. WHAT A **** FLIPPEN BUS TO USE , IT WAS MY LAST TIME , I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD RE THIMK BEFORE BOOKING THAT STUPID BUS THAT I WILL NEVER RECONMENDE TO ANYONE.
