Horrible customer care service by their desk agents bought a ticket for me and my daughter but we only got one seat they refused to help me so I paid for the other seat for nothing and their bus reeked of pee... Never again will I ever use this bus

Very bad service from buying the tickets. No time management and The bus was extremely cold for the entire trip, making it impossible to sleep or be comfortable. When I reported it to the driver, he was rude and simply told me to change seats instead of helping. I have used other bus services before and never experienced this. Definitely would not recommend.

Very bad service from buying the tickets. No time management and The bus was extremely cold for the entire trip, making it impossible to sleep or be comfortable. When I reported it to the driver, he was rude and simply told me to change seats instead of helping. I have used other bus services before and never experienced this. Definitely would not recommend.

Bad customer service, they deducted my account twice for 1 pair of ticket and it resulted in a duplicate of tickets, when I saw the mistake I sent them a WhatsApp on their number they never responded, I called them and the rude consultant told me that I never cancelled the other ticket, told him that I did on their WhatsApp but it kept asking for my ticket number which I provided, and he told me I should cancel 24hrs before boarding, how does that make sense when I bought the ticket 2 hours before boarding they could not answer instead he started shouting at me, I sent an email but no response till today since 04 May 2026.

Dont book these busses..The front desk assistants at their stations are so rude to their passengers,they shift their own unsatisfactory service to the passengers.They have no problem solving ethics.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, Its time their Management start looking on FB to see how bad the service are, I have been waiting a week on their whats app for an agent to call, send 2 mails, no response. Called you hold on for 901 years and then they drop the call, I am sharing Devi Govendor email address with all of the people on fb complaining and we will all send mails to get this excuse for a service shown for what they actually are Useless and no assistance, people ar left stranded, and had bus tickets with them for another bus that already left but due to their driver messing around taking wrong turns. Instead of arriving at a stop at 5h45 in the morning they arrive at 15h00 in the afternoon, missed their 6h30 bus and then got told its not their problem. We are reporting you to Devi and hope they make one big TV show and we also reporting you to the Consumer Protection We will go as far as we can, we missed our buss because of you and we want our money back !!! This is only the beginning and definitely not an empty promise. No one will use your service again, we will rather use Intercape in future. T

Worst bus ever, we were supposed to arrive at 5am but he decided to drive around leave people at different stops before he gets to the park station. We got stuck in traffic and I'm now late to attend graduation of my sister

What a very poor service I ever experience ever in my life,I book a ticket to depart from Sasol Garage Queenstown by 18:30 & it was supposed to arrive at 04:15 at Johannesburg Park Station because I was supposed to report to work today.1st of all it arrived 10 minutes late & moved up & down in Queenstown with no explanation massage from Intercity Express or words of mouth explanation from thier staff until we depart at 20:00 on top of that they stop in the middle of nowhere changing people from bus to but in the middle of a very cold night as if we were traveling with an unsafe taxi & it was just another form of waisting time for us that never worked out on our favour.so the bus had to deliver to each town you may think of between Eastern Cape & Johannesburg and we finally arrived at 07:10 & no one bothered to say anything to the passenger...So disgusting

Been waiting more than a month for my refund on my canceled bus ticket. They say they have a backlog of ticket refunds from December...and we are literally in MAY already. Does anybody else have the same issue? I want to take this further...
