There are very very bery bad in delivery. I just had my first attemp online purchase and i have seen there are the worst. time slot is over yet nothing. this is the cresta branch. The prices are good to be fare but i will advise you go there and buy. The worst of it is there dont pickup calls.
No wonder this bank is always left behind on many things as compare to FNB and others. the reason is simple how they treat the customers and services is very bad. lets be fair here, i have an online berbit purchase i use other banks as well. when an attempts to debit from other banks try two times it will stop. but i wake up today to see 14 failed debit attempts for one thing incurring R140 at R10 each attempt. when i contact them and aurgue that they are suppose to stop and asked to close my account. they said you still have to pay this amount even before you close the account. I have eventually paid. Please chose other banks for better customer care and good technology. you can see even from thier app, the have the worst technology when comapre to FNB, ABsa and even capitec is better than Nedbank app
I am worry about this company and would not even lie about my feelings. the service is OK, but now i am concern about financial exploitation. I took a vumatel package that was at the time 430.00 on 30/30 just after 5 months the price has gone up to 488.00 without any reason. i had more choices before i selected this company. now i am tide on a 1 year contract without which i cannot leave or pay a fine. Can please someone ask them not to increase my bills or allow me to leave. Dont exploit me please
Please stay away from this shop, they are horrible, there is this white lady who claims she is the manager. she treating even my life becuase i went there to returnd a laptop that was sold to me with wrongs specifications. what i picked there was not just treath , ******, not just for customers but also employees. the pains was so much because i wanted the money back. the ugly looking woman who looks like a man almust heat me herself before i refuse to be hnadled as someone with no values.
*****ling my money after a bought a ticket, from, they kept deducting 195.00 Rands from my account, when i called said they will not ever refund the money. Please stay away from this company.
I dont think the are best as speculated, firstly i have a 100mbps line but i have never reached 80mbps, the worst of it is that for weeks now its been stable between 10-20 mbps,. What makes me sick is that when you contact them the will ask you find a Lan Cable plug on your laptop and give the test results. If you dont have a Lan cable they tell you to contact Vuma. my question is what if you are an old person or someone with no ideal about Lan? the solution is change to a btter service or Rain.
Dont let anyone lie to you, Afrihost is not what people think. I have a 50 MBPS upgrade to 100MBPS, for months now it have never recahed even 40, i cannot even stream DSTV app. the worst of it when you call them, they just tell you restart router, or you must look for a laptop and connect with a LAN cable and give them result. So my question is, if you dont have a laptop or does not know how to do it, what will happen?
They kept my money for themselves even after months of refund from online purchase. I have phoneds, sent email, completed the online purchase form and chat through their app for support yet they never refund my money. please becareful when doing any online purchase as you may never get a refund should you not recieve the goods eventhough the seller refund you
They are not good for you. they submitted a wrong amount to SARs and i am now forced to pay. i logged a case they never did anthing. they decieved me to open an investment free account when it did not last for 16 months yet the tax me more than the profit a made. Please the world hear me and ask this bank to tell SARS the truth
This is the most uselless and fruadelent bank i have seen in the country, First the created a ***** SARS tax for a tax free saving account, secondly the continue charging me for download statements even when it does not contain the all the transactions,. when i asked the agent the tell told me i must read terms for every startment ment to know what i am downloading. though no terms were attached.
