My review is about specifically Buco Middelburg. I placed an order for Coprox waterproofing with them in March. This order needs to be paid before they place the external order. On 8 April I phoned and canceled the order and it was accepted and I was able to get a full refund because the product was not yet shipped from the Warehouse. I requested my refund about 4 times and then finally received an email with the document I need to complete for the refund. I completed it and sent it through. The next day I got a call from a very rude lady telling me I need to send her my full bank statement to show where the money went out of my account because the proof of payment where my account nr is shown is not enough. The products was bought out of a trust account and new products had to be bought out of a different account to finish the job while we waited for the products from Buco to be reimbursed. I wanted the money to be paid directly into the account that had to make do while we waited endlessly for Buco's reimbur*****t. I did not and still don't feel comfortable with sharing my whole trust bank statement with BUCO this goes against the POPI act and so much more. But if I want a refund this is the only option. I have submitted it and still have not received my reimbur*****t its been more than a month now. Buco Middelburg definitely needs better systems and structures.

We purched nearly R30 000's couches almost a month ago in the Highveld Mall store in Witbank. We spesifically arranged for delivery 3 weeks after purchase on a day that we are home to receive the delivery and they agreed to this day and date and added it on their order form. That date has cone and gone and we still have not recieved our couches and the shop is full of lame excuses.. We phoned head office they promised to help and send our couches today.. Today has come and gone and still no couches. Head office and the shop is rejecting all our calls now.. What the hell!!!!! This is the worst customer service ever..
We placed a simple order with Del Forno Middelburg on 30 September at 18:30.. The food was only recieved at 21:00. Our food was cold and of poor quality.. Burgers was dried out we could see it was sitting on a counter for a VERY long time..
<div>I have been a customer of oneplan pet insurance for almost 7years... The last uear their service went down the drain... They look for every loophole possible not to pay out legitimate claims.. I have been waiting for more then two weeks now for a response on a claim... been ons the phone with them 3 times in the last week.every day I got a promise that I will be phoned before closing time.. Not once did this happen.. Their access also went u .from 10% of the claim to min R500 over the last 2yrs and that for pet insurance is ridiculous!!! We are moving over to Dotsure in January.. please do not even attempt to use Oneplan for your pet insurance... We were always advising our friends and family to use them.. but we will definitely stop that..</div>
I've been struggeling with TERRIBLE service on this platform for years!!! Some months it works fine other months we wait days for tokens or don't get them at all.. I've made immediately Ozow payments nou of R50 twice and received no token!!!! Their live chat is also not responding to my questions!!! Be careful when you use them they steal your money we have lost over R1000 in the past months..
After waiting a year to buy a new car we decided to buy a new Renault Kadjar instead of a second hand Toyota Rav.. but since we recieved our now car on 21 Desember 2017 we have had nothing but trouble with our new car.. directly after we drove our new car off the showroom floor we saw that our brand new car had damage on his alloy wheels that looked like a factory fault with drop like streaks running down them.. we were assured they will be fixed or replaced.. we drove off BUT 200m from the dealer we noticed that the front aircon vents were not working.. we turned around and went straight back to the dealer.. the assured us once again it will be fixed and that we could bring the car in the following week.. . so we took the car back on the 28th Des.. by the afternoon we were informed that a very big part of the aircon unit needs to be replaced.. but it needs to be ordered from Renault Johannesburg. So we waited 2 weeks for the part to be replaced in that time we had problems with the aircon failing completely.. After 3 weeks we were informed that the part arrived and it will be installed.. after the fitment as soon as we drove out of the workshop we noted a vibrating noise coming from the dashboard.. since then we have taken the car back 3 more times for the noise to be fixed it is still not fixed.. and after the new alloy wheels was fitted the car is now giving alarms to check the tyre pressure sensor . After hearing that a part of the aircon unit needs to be replaced we said they must keep the car and either refund us completely or supply us with a new car.. but assured us everything will be fixed.. our brand new Renault Kadjar have now been back into the workshop for 7 days already.. We are extremely disappointed with the service we have been getting from Eastvaal Middelburg Renault..
