Is ikhokha SERIOUS ABOUT BUSINESS IN SA? Why DO THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SH**?
What an incredibly complicated company to deal with After sending several emails in the beginning of February, I finally got a response that I should not be contacting support@***xx (HOW THE F*** Would one get this from a crystal ball?) But that you should be contacting onboarding@*** As your registration is incomplete! After sending several emails to onboarding@***xx You finally get a response asking you if you want to pursue your account???? This company has no idea of customer service! This company obviously does not have to grow! This company is not treating customers and potential customers as well!

Since day one of our relationship with Usponono(My IK Machine) is treating me like a King
Since day one of our relationship with Usponono(My IK Machine) is treating me like a King. Even referred my friends to join the cruze. The support team is always on the assist mode whenever I give a shout. For example 15min ago I was experiencing a slight problem with my machine and Teniel assisted me in less than 20minutes without any hussels. Ikhokha is my everyday savior. Tap and customer service unreliable!
Tap on phone function is very unreliable and the agent I am dealing with luanda shabalala takes days to reply to an email and when he does he just asks if there is still a problem even though I said in the previous mail its not working. Over a week and no resolution.
