WhatsApp resolutions are usually effective and staff usually don't take time to answer when you text them

Never have I ever
Never have I ever received such bad service from this branch and their call center. And I have ordered from them a number of times, in fact, they are my go to every time. Each time had been pleasant with each consultant being friendly and my orders were exactly as expected. Until today, Sunday afternoon, consultant was Mvelo or something similar, usually don't take notice of their names as they are always friendly. Consultant was unfriendly ,well, I dismissed that, since we all have our bad days. But, I was disappointed to find that on my first unfriendly encounter, i would also havr my order being incomplete. Ordered two pap and relish sides only to find the pap with no relish. This, I only discovered when I got home, and honestly wasn't willing to drive back to the restaurant. It seemed too much of a coincidence, since I had never experienced such before. Might just be a coincidence, but, due to the bad interaction with the consultant, its too big to dismiss.
