It is the second week and I still have not received my payout from ikhokha. I am a full time employee who offers mobile beauty treatments to my clients informally as a side hustle and therefore I do not take transactions on a daily basis and according to ikhokha irregular transactions= *****. It has been 2 weeks and they have not paid out my money because I am required to send them a picture of my practise meanwhile I made it known to them that my services are mobile even upon signing up with them and they where happy to allow me to use they card machine. Their service is horrible I am referred from one agent to another with back and forth emails that yield no resolution. Do not even consider using them. They are absolutely shocking!
Shocking customer service at woolworths rosebank. I forgot my credit card at the customer service desk and I have been trying to contact them. The phone is just ringing since 8am this morning. Some one answered in between and just put the phone down without any assistance. When I was there yesterday their phone was just ringing unanswered. Zero star for this, they do not deserve even 1 star
I don't know why there is no option to give them no star at all! I ordered from chicken licken rosebank via uber eats and requested them not to give me a thigh, instead they decided to put the thigh, with very small dried out chips and chicken. I often buy from the rosebank branch and they actually always give you exactly the opposite of your what you request. Don't bother buying from this branch
I lost my bank card,which did not have a tap to pay function but to my suprise There are transactions that have been performed despite this, at a store. I contacted capitec and was advised to go and open a case and send an email with an affidavit as well as a case number attached but its been 4 days since and no one has bothered to respond to my email. numerous attempts to contact them telephonically have failed as they just answer the phone and put me on hold for over 20 minutes claiming to tranfer my call while I hear the staff chatting and laughing in the background when My airtime is being wasted. do not trust capitec with your finances, they are a mickey mouse improfessional bank. very *********** bunch. clearly their security measures are lacking.
I requested a letter from Neo Letswalo who is an administrator at brooks and luyt stating that I have an arrangement with them and that I have been making regular payments with the company but instead she sends me an email telling my account has been suspended not explaining why? as a result I am unable to register my lil sister at a financial institution due to the record they have given me.when trying to reach her she tells her colleagues to tell me she is not available, of which when I spoke to Bongani Ndwandwe from their complaints department confirmed that she is in fact available like I knew. don't make a mistake of consenting to an agreement with this these people, you will regret it for the rest of your life. their complaints department is just as useless.
Brooks and luyt does not even deserve any number. they are *********** as hell. My credit score gets lower and lower because of this company. they often harass me with messages to make payment right after sending me thank you for making payment emails. I have been making regular payments without fail but yet they keep sending me messages that I have defaulted. if any company hands your account over to this improfessional and lazy agents DO NOT AGREE TO AN AGREEMENT, it will be your death sentence. moreover you won't be ablento get hold of them when you need them only that they will harass you every chance given. Worst debt collectors you will ever deal with.
If I could give them a Zero star I would. dealing with brooks and Luyt has been worse than a nightmare. They are Improfessional and have zero customer etiquette. I have requested my statement in the past 7 days, which I believe they should send anyways like normal financial institutions do when you have an account with them. all the consultants including karabo and Tumelo give you different information but they work for the same company. one tells you it takes 24-48 hrs and then each agent tells you a different story. each time you speak to a consultant you have to start from scratch explaining what you would like to be assisted with because the information regarding a client is not captured by the previous consultant. I often receive harassment calls from them and emails because they can't "trace" a payment, when I have never missed a single payment with them. if your account gets handed over to this company, my advice is to NEVER get into an agreememt with them. they will make your life a living hell. I don't know how they are still in business to this day because they are a ****! I have explained I need my statement urgently but to to this day I am still waiting. Worst company Ever!!!
