Beginning of the year I purchased a card machine for my business which was delivered without any issues. However, additional information like a website link, pamphlet, business card, Facebook page was requested before the machine could be activated. I notified Shazia that my business was fairly new and I did not have any of those at the time, because I purchased the machine soon after registration so I hadn't setup anything at that time. I then requested we cancel the purchase and I'll just reapply once I have everything is set up, and that was no issue. I had to return the machine which was collected but time for refund I'm talking alone on the emails. Initially she requested proof of account which I submitted, but the refund hasn't been processed until now and I have been following up but nobody is responding to my emails, I even wrote on Facebook still no response from you guys. I find this very annoying and unprofessional from you guys. Could someone process my refund and just give me back my money, ndiyanicela please.
