On 21st January 2026 I've purchased a grand i10 2026 model at Hyundai Boksburg and I've been financed by Absa. Around March the car started making rattling noise from the back of the car and back side doors also. Then a week before the Easter holidays I booked it at Hyundai northclif so they can fix it than Hyundai northclif couldn't fix it but they took it to Florida penelbeaters for them to fix they said it's a factory fault. Hyundai northclif said they couldn't fix it,so I must take it were I bought it which is Hyundai Boksburg. Remember I spent 3 weeks without the car then I had to go take it and drive it to Boksburg on the 25 March 2026. Then when I got there their mechanic noticed that there was a loose rubber which is between fuel tank and the body that cause the rattling sound because the fuel tank was touching the body and that was a factory fault.He then said the noise from the back doors was because of that the next day the car started again. I took it back again nd now is worse because I noticed that there's also a knock in the front, I drove with their mechanic and he noticed all that. I told service manager that am extremely tired of this car and it's factory faults , I want a new one because now am on 6000km, so if I drive it further they'll end up saying am the one who damaged it. I've one job card from Hyundai northclif and other 2 job carts are with them at Hyundai Boksburg. Truly speaking I can't keep that for the next 6 years paying for it while is giving problems even before 3 months.I left it at Hyundai Boksburg on the 30th April 2026.I sent my complain to Absa then now they're saying they dropped my case because Hyundai said didn't find any problem yet they say it now and the car spent 2 weeks with them and everytime I leave it there I test drove it with mechanic and service manager, nd they did noticed the problem. Absa and Hyundai Boksburg must find a way to resolve this matter coz I bought a new car of which I can't run to service center every week for a brand new car. Grand i10 hyundai 1.0 premium motion.

I took package with Car track sales lady and she gave R210 quote that come with Car watch and panic button, then later on the other one called me and said the package is R220 with all benefits I was told about from R210 package. Only to find out they selling me something different, now they're telling me about SARS claim package of which I was never told about and they want me to add R21 for Car watch. Worse part I pressed their panic and they never called or responded

I have bought bedside cupboards at Mr Price home Clearwaters on Thursday 18 Dec 2025 they had issues with delivery so I said I will come fetch it. Saturday 20 Dec 2025 we went to fetch it ,it wS bubble wrapped when I got home to unwrapp the one's top is loose .I tried calling Clearwater their no. Is wrong but it's on their website. I called the call center i lost airtime over R100 they are not answering. They refere you to WhatsApp which is a total waste of time they say they can't assist why wS i referred to it in the first place? I want a proper cupboard or a refund
MiWay is *****sters, increasing your premium without your knowledge or consent to almost double of what you paid previously. My email was not working why didn't they call me if they saw I didn't respond from paying 400spmething it went straight to 822 how the hell so you get that right? this month it was now 742 who are you trying to fool here I want a refund because I never agreed to any of this. I will take my business elsewhere, where I will be treated with respect. they also misled me into a life cover policy which they don't want to cancel now I will take legal action for that you have no right to deduct money from my account without my consent. teach your stuff manners that Thabang that was taking my call 03 Nov 2025 was rude and *********** .
Miway is the worst to deal with they want to keep paying for their nonsense services by force I wany to cancel a policy I opened for my driver and now they want his consent but it's my money. I will take legal action on this you have no right to my money without my consent. on top of that your stuff was very rude to deal with the lady I spoke with 03 Nov 2025 at 10:55 check your recordings . I spend 3 hours call Miway yesterday they have rude *********** stuff.

Good Day I have a complaint; I went to Clicks Tambotie Randfontein today 25 August 2025 between 12:00 and 13:00. My Ticket number was PO44 there is a lady that jumps Infront of me it was not even her number I went, and the lady is counter no.5 ignored me point blank and helped this lady after she doesn’t even have a number. So tell me what is the point of having a number system if it is not being adhered to they don’t even check the number ? And after that another no. was called so my number is just being ignored. Some people just jump to the counter while others follow the rules I’m honestly not happy and the person who work at counter 5 needs to be address for her pathetic service. There was no accountability for her actions.
Standard bank is really de*****ing a person why am I paying every month a finance charge and a Cash Finance charge, I don't draw cash from this card so why am I being charged so much as well, a person will be forever indebted. I want a back pay on this unnecessary charges it is ridicules do a thorough investigation I want a detailed explanation of these charges that doesn't make sense at all!
